LOL. Got the new machine, figured it was time to show the output.

We moved offices recently and sadly our old Bean to Cup machine wasn't allowed to go with us.  We have Nespresso machines in the new office but I'm not overly convinced by them, so I got another Aeropress to take to work, which makes great coffee.

i only like coffee because it helps me to not feel like utter crap all the time... instead its only most of the time...

I like coffee but only with a bunch of milk and sugar. The best are mochas because chocolate. The only time I drink it often though is when I'm working on camp staff. Caffeine is pretty much nessecary to function after the first week or so.

Excuse my french, but:

To be Honest I don't remember all I remember was it felt that way in the Café I was in. I just sort of filtered out everybody around me and It became quite relaxing.

Coffee-related trivia: I worked (briefly) at multifunction laser printer tech support. A common complaint was lines on the scan of documents that were scanned through the auto document feeder. The cause would usually be a speck of dirt on the scanner glass. The recommended item for cleaning the glass is a coffee filter, because they are mildly abrasive, lint-and-surfactant-free, and most offices will have them, unless they use a Keurig machine (like my current workplace).

But at least I didn't have to deal with this guy... (sorry, not coffee related)

And even if they do, check around.  There's probably a supply left over from a few years ago, stuffed in a drawer.  The assortment of ancient office supplies we have is quite impressive.  I don't even know what the wax markers were used for.

This is sadly the sort of thing that ends up with office safety meetings.

Always remember to remove ties, jackets, tails, and other loose clothing before troubleshooting office machinery¹.

 

 

¹Be glad it wasn't a paper shredder.

I got some Kopi Luwak as a leaving present from a job some years ago.  It's nice and does indeed have a distinctive taste, but massively overpriced due to rarity value.

My colleague who'd ordered it explained to her dad what it was and why she'd bought it, and he apparently responded "Don't you like him then?"
