Anatoly Zack has an article on it  (it is paid thought). The summary is that Orion need more clearance for the solar panels when docking the ESPRIT to gateway (and other modules).

I made a specialized variant of Orion called the Orion UDS (Universal Deployment System). I replaced most of the service module with a Universal Storage system (I should have gotten Universal Storage II sooner).

Thanks! I'm actually using these storage bays as part of a core station module. Still working on it, but I intend to launch it at some point.

I originally wanted to do it with the Gemini spacecraft but the parts didn't quite fit in a way I liked. I might come back to that later. Definitely gonna do this with Apollo, maybe even Crew Dragon.

BDB Apollo CSM comes with a part switch for Universal Storage already, just FYI.

If I am not mistaken just open the gamedata from the zip file and copy the Benjee Orion RO file into your gamedata folder and you're done if I am not mistaken.

I posted something like this elsewhere for NLS-3 (or NLS Centaur, anyway). I felt like doing more of these. This time Jupiter-120 Orion.

This is resized, the full size version is admittedly kind of obnoxiously big. I'm gonna post that elsewhere. But for those who haven't seen the other one, I'm basically doing these hypothetical information packet covers inspired by pamphlets and spaceflight concept books from the 70's-early 90's.

Has anyone been able to get Realplume working with the BO-L5 boosters? They have the nice Waterfall effects when firing, but I miss my big tower o' exhaust with my STS launches! :( The Photon Corp. boosters have both Waterfall and Realplume, but not the BO-L5s. Any help would be appreciated!

you could try SRB waterfall effects may be that could fix it

I reckon there should be an upgrade for the orion to include six seats instead of four. Just sharing my thoughts, as I am making a base on the mun and just realised that I want a couple more than four kerbals there!

I have question. Why the Eus Orion adapter isnt a fairing (i think its name is Monolithic Fairing Adapter) i dont get it how im suppose to make it work in a mission when i have some payload inside it...

I'm not certain if this is an issue resulting from Artemis Construction kit, however, I've found my log getting spammed with literally millions of lines simply saying "Bones do mot match bindpose". The reason why I'm first investigating Artemis Construction Kit is that it does not appear in the log until it tries to load the Orion drogue chute, after which I start to see this:

I'll continue to try to investigate this matter to see if it is a result of Artemis Construction Kit, but I thought I might as well post it here for posterity. I would try to upload my log, but unfortunately the no kidding millions of instances of "Bones do not match bindpose" showing up dozens of times every millisecond end up ballooning the file up to half a gigabyte, making it difficult to attach here.
