I mean if the only thing you allow is sitting pretty and smile back at whatever they say, then yeah. I did however, not ask for dates, contrary to what your post says. But hey, you're both free to have all the self fulfilling prophecies you wish.

I'm ESL, I could catch like 1 word in 50.

Yes the sound effects are just not great. However, the simple fact that this livestream exists basically makes all the “they don’t want to livestream this because it will contain lies” posts nonsense because we are in fact getting something live from the event.

Just realized that this very post has started the second page so let’s cheer!

Well that was big alright

And how.  I expected news, but what we got was mind-boggling.

  • 0.1.5 drops this weekTM
  • For Science! comes out in December
    • One-button collection, which is reminiscent of KSP1
    • Missions to go places and do things, which is reminiscent of KSP1's contracts
    • A tech tree that looks similar to Juno
  • Autostrut

All told, the news was big.  Just gotta wait to see how well it all works.

I'm curious about that.

it's Saturday

Did that mean "within a week" or will it drop within 24 hours?

I'm assuming by next Saturday, the 28th.  My guess is on Wednesday or Thursday, as that (if memory serves) seems to be the days when updates have dropped historically.

So, now that the big news is out:    Here's why we waited.   In the next KERB, we'll be listed if it's fixed in 0.1.5 or 0.2.0.    We wanted to wait to be able to share that info.

Next week means:  Sometime between 10/23 and 10/27

We know the wobble is listed for 0.2

But I may give you one thing regarding that killer rocket design: put some more decouplers, docking ports and fairing bases in it. Once you get those behave like the one in the video, you're good to go &)

Thanks but I only observe, analyze (to the nth degree sometimes) and report.
I have no bug killing capabilities. That's what the exterminators are for.

As a professional bug exterminator, I can guarantee you, proper observations, analysis and reporting are some of the most underappreciated skills in software development. don't sell yourself short, you're doing an amazing job.

Hear hear! The difference between a really well researched bug report and a really bad bug report can be "fixed in 5 min in a 1-line pull request" and "what is this I don't even know where to start looking." QAs are the most underappreciated people in the business and a really good QA is worth 10 mediocre engineers!

At least the QA have a chance to appear in game credits if they ask nicely, so that's something

who knows, they might get a personalized kerbal. I would totally send Anth Kerman on research missions, seems like a competent guy.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but it's Monday.  Late Monday (3 PM PST).  Um...K.E.R.B. status update due at some point today?  Or did it get lost with Anth's hiring?

With Anth joining us on Monday, we've decided to postpone this week's K.E.R.B. status update to then! Plus, since it'll be after Nate's Space Creator Day Presentation, maybe we'll have some goodies to share!

The postponed KERB was supposed to go out today...
