above might not be the issue in this case, but it is 100% KSS2 causing it. removing KSS2 fixes the panels... im gonna try it with an older kop version and see if that helps.

edit: did not help. only thing that helps is removing kss :(

Howdy! I'm Kerbal Productions, someone who makes KSP cinematics. You might know me as the guy who made the GU cinematics.

PLEAE HELP: I am getting the loading screens of the mod which looks absolutely amazing, but when I play the game, nothing has changed, I am not seeing new systems in the tracking station and am not able to zoom out any more than normal. I have both Kopernicus and Module Manager installed so I have no idea what I am doing wrong as I am pretty new to modding.

 

EDIT: ckan is your fiend, I deleted all my mods but this one, and reinstalled them in ckan and now it is working fine, I will update if any further issues take place....

Maybe it's the same problem I was having which was fixed like this:

It seems they have implemented a better solution to handle multiple star systems, and KSS2 is including the old config.

Hey it looks like KSS2 bundles a few mods but inside its own Plugins directory.  These should either not be bundled or bundled in the same location where they are typically installed:

Just out of curiosity has anyone had a problem where adding this mod causes extreme lag in time warp? I have dozens of mods and also beyond home with koepurnicus already installed it's a save file I've been playing for awhile and it's been really stable but when I added kss2 I got a b9 part switch error deleted the multi solar panel config and that was fine but now I have an issue where let's say I time warp max the game freezes and setting it back to normal time can take about 5~ minutes before it clears up i will say i did have to remove the parallax config within kss2 files as it was causing black squares and wasn't loading parallax correct so I removed it ( I already have a version of parallax installed for beyond home ksp mod) id love to know peoples thoughts on this issue

It sounds like there's quite a lot happening in your setup. The black squares issue with the Parallax config in KSS2 is something I haven't heard of—are you sure you’re using Parallax 2? Also, having Parallax installed for Beyond Home could create compatibility issues, as I haven't specifically tested with that mod. It might be worth looking into potential conflicts between these Parallax setups.

So yea im running parralax 2 on a version of beyond home that was continued by someone other then the original auther i dont have the black square issue at all anymore and its just insane time warp lag the first 4 time warps dont cause it anything after and its pretty bad. i set to max warp and it took 45 minutes to get to max from lag and then just froze until i restarted im mostly worried that when galaxies unbound and kss2 get combined it wont run but because this is a game save with a kerbin century of work i cant just start a new one haha

We’re pleased to announce that Galaxies Unbound (GU) will be officially integrated into Kerbal Star Systems 2 (KSS2)! With both mods utilizing the same materials, this integration was a logical step forward.

Here’s the final layout for the newly revamped Nova Kirbani / Alpha Centauri system:
