One sentence you could say to annoy an entire fan base?

The SLS will never pay off.

Space Shuttle neither, but they were only retired due the accidents - otherwise we would still be using it and Elon would not get his chance on this market.

Elon can be right here.

The engineer that tried to stop the Challenge's launch was also right. But he was bullied by his colleagues nevertheless.

“If you wreck this company, I’m gonna put my kids on your doorstep,” grumbled one. Someone finally dubbed the engineers “the five lepers.”

The sneaky KH-11 didn't want to crash enough often to let the shuttles shuttling up and down to deliver and repair.

The cybernetics has murdered the cosmonautics.

Rocket reusability is overrated.

Expendable rockets are a waste of money, and also way less cool than reusable rockets.

(lol, I love how this thread is devolving into a low-key 'SLS vs Starship' debate :P)

StarWars is a fanservice for lazy pupils who prefer to become Neoluddites and start crashing the robots with swords instead of studying their operation manual and becoming respectable engineers.

Though, looking at the SW heroines (well, except F.Jones (before the end of her final scene, of course)),  it totally fails as a fanservice, too.

Isn't Harry Potter about some guy named Harry who runs around potting plants in pots?

Yes, about the freaky nerd living understairs and thinking he's a wizard and can fly.

That's why they kept him understairs, btw. Once they had given him a room above, he began seeing naked goblins getting from the wardrobe and flew out of window, taking a pet owl living in their house

Also it was very hard to get him somewhere by train because he was constantly trying to run between the passages into a column, ensuring everybody that he's looking for some "93/4 platform" and that they are some "muggles".

Poor Dursley family. When they adopted this guy, they couldn't even realize that things are that bad.

Of course, he never learned in a usual school. The St. Hogwart's asylum provided some care for him and other similar freaks.
They were sure it's a magic academy every time when doctors were boiling for them sedative potions.

(Also, they were sure that they understand the snake language, but this was the tiniest of their problems).

The asylum staff, in turn, was full of same interesting persons. Such as:
the caretaker, herding spiders;
the senior girlscout, hiding in the toilet and saying she's a phantom;
the overseer, who was sure he is married with his cat;
the deputy principal, who was sure she is cat herself;
the principal himself, frying papageis in his room and ensuring everybody that they are phoenixes and can respawn; (every morning they put a new papagei on same place, to make him happy).

But who could stay sane after decades of teaching in such place?

The most sober persons there were two teachers of DrugMaking classes.
They were in a permanent trip and just took everything philosophically, even not trying to distinguish delusions and reality. It's possible that they even didn't realize where they work.

Sozin's comet made no sense. Why would a comet made out of ice give firebenders a ton of firepower? And why did the comet dive into the atmosphere of earth? Would that 100 year orbit of Sozin's start to decay? This is why I don't like Avatar, it doesn't make sense...

Spoiler

Jokes aside, I love avatar a lot!
