Basically, risk of lightning strike. The rocket lowers the required potential for a lightning strike as it flies through the atmosphere.

Down range weather has the be acceptable for aborts.

Electric field strength at the pad. Worried about triggering lightning.

Yeah, that's what I've picked up as well from that transmission.

Visibly it's definitely getting better, so I hope this is not a scrub.
