Yup
I guess that warrants a new Antares then, eh? Eh? Please don't hurt me

Ayyy, it all looks good, mate. Keep up the good work.

And here is the short Cygnus.
Is that the same diameter of the extended Cygnus?
-
Personally, I think it'd be cool if you split Cygnus up into sections. Like the cargo section. That way if we wanted to make normal Cygnus, we could use a fewer amount if segments than Enhanced Cygnus, then there could be a structural adapter to sit on top for the docking port, like the ATV.

There is no particular overtone or undertone. This is simply due to my poor english and the translator. I can try to expand the post slightly. A parachute with so short form-leashes as seen in the picture on the left would open very fast (high g's and high risk to rip-off). The small number of form-leashes could very easily lead to failure of the parachute. I have no doubt that you manage to craft a visually and technically appealing parachute.
I talk about parachutes and unity settings with CobaltWolf via pm last days.
That... Does actually make sense.
Apologies for snapping, I've had a very long and stressful day.

Do you have a condescending overtone in all of your posts or just the ones you make towards us?
Those parachutes were very difficult to get the way they were already, due to their apparently complicated nature(I don't understand Unity enough to tell you).

Have any of the Kane/Sarnus parts been released yet? If not, is there a timetable for release?
Sarnus, yes, Kane, no. You'll find the entire Sarnus I in the dev releases in Git, linked in the OP.

how did you get Soyuz-FG to work? Without cheaty modifications it's top heavy (and therefore unflyable)
That doesn't make any sense. If a rocket is top heavy, that leaves he centre of mass in front of the centre of lift(presumably, with how the Soyuz's fins are set up), thus making it stable. Not to be rude but maybe its the way you're flying/building it.

Without words
I guess it all depends on the air pressure and the shape of the nozzle on the engine, huh?
-

Remember, the gasses are cooling as they leave the combustion chamber. The little choke point where the nozzle first starts should be the hottest, and the end of the nozzle should be the coolest.

Yo to whoever models the interior, here is a great website where you can check out the Apollo 11 IVA in 3D ! http://3d.si.edu/apollo11cm/
I'd be willing to help with placing props and stuff so just ask me if you need help.
That's only the third time someone has mentioned that particular website.

So, giving RO a second look. There really should be a bloody guide to this, RO as a whole.
There's a whole lot of documentation on how to do things on the actually thread, mate.

I'm very unfamiliar with ETS. How is it suggested for 5 astronauts to fit on the capsule? Are the other 2 seated in the orbital module?
The orbital module gets dropped to burn up in the atmosphere...

No, that is far from Apollo. It looks similar. The Probe is an detachable part. It is rather the question of whether the device should be built extended or retracted variant. The basic module shown will be modified that it can theoretically be used with Probe as an active and without a passive docking port. For this purpose it would set the Probe in VAB as Shroud to display/hide.
Why don't you just use the Gendered docking port feature available in stock KSP instead of making some elaborate system like that?
-
We're also doing Apollo, yes, so that's good.
Is that the Apollo docking port just without the probe attatched, or is that the passive one like found on the LEM?

How about an Apollo like command module for Kerbals? 2.5m diameter, integrated heat shield and 0.625m docking node on top?
It's very rounded compared to the real life counterpart.
Also do you intend on making the SM, a parachute, the proper docking port, or all/none of the above?
