  1. No posts mean people are happy with what they have Yeah this update will include the new clouds I have been showing recently (the transition from high orbit to low orbit looks better now). I have also tweaked some scatterer cfgs to look a little better. I'm also going to include distant object enhancements again I think. . I'm also considering bringing back the atmosphere cloud layers that I took out last version but only if I can get it to look right. I'm still working on lightning but it's not going to be In this update. I have an update ready i suppose but I just want to make sure it's good to go. I'm also finishing the touches on SVT update and I want to upload the mods at the same time because I'm wierd.
  2. You will need a sun cfg to make the sun smaller. Kopernicus makes the sun too big by default and scatterer cant mask it. You can look in my mod stock visual terrain for how to do this
  3. all you need to do is drop those 6 textures into the default folder in texturereplacer. and no SVT does not work in ssrss. that is a massive undertaking that I don't have the time or patience for at the moment. maybe when this semester is complete and I have time

  7. Planetshine works just fine. Just because it says it's outdated doesn't mean that it won't work and it doesn't cause any issues.
  8. I was Army infantry and this is how they teach it. Had to make it REAL simple for us grunts lol I'm not sure how the Navy writes their training manuals but I think it's the same as the Army. Everything had to be written at a 6th grade level.
  9. I am willing to bet his issue isn't going to be the same as yours. But if you want to depend on him to fix your issue that's fine. Just don't be mad when the cause of his issue is different than yours. Here is a way to troubleshoot that won't take you hours. It's should take you you no more than 15 min. Even if you had 200 mods installed. Let's say you have 20 mods installed for this example: Step 1: Remove half of the mods. So, 10 mods. run the game. Does the problem still happen? IF YES, the issue is likely within this group of 10 mods. So, repeat step 1 above to narrow it down. IF NO, then the problem likely is within other group of 10 mods you removed initially. So, Repeat the first step to narrow it down to the mod causing issues. Just to be clear, you do not have to delete the mods when you remove them. Simply move them to another folder on your desktop that way you don't have reinstall the mods one by one. You can just drop them back into you gamedata folder.
  10. You have to install ModularFlightIntegrator. Its included in the kopernicus dl. The mod works perfectly. Please read all comments on the last page. Every "problem" brought up seems to be due to people not installing everything correctly. Even kingy4500 figured out his issue
  11. You can find a template in ksprc and other planet packs and use those as reference. But there isn't a generator like you are looking for
  12. You can always design your own in photoshop or gimp
  13. You are not supposed to leave the files in SVE HR 1.0.7. Go further into the folder and put StockVisualEnhancements, EVE and Scatterer into your gamedata folder.
  14. No there isn't a way to turn it down as its just texture BUT you can use any sun flare mod out there and pick one that isn't so invasive
  15. I don't see a question but I see you just want tutorials to be easier? I recommend skipping the tutorials and go straight in sandbox mode. Play with everything there and if you come across something you have trouble with, find help via YouTube videos. It's seriously the easiest way to learn imo. First I would go and get a new keyboard because I think yours is missing any and all punctuation keys.
  16. I do not support ckan. But yes, if you add a mod that changes the stock planets name or adds clouds itself, there will be conflicts. There is a way to get opm and sve to work together but where to find it escapes me at the moment.. Maybe @Nhawks17 can point us in the right direction? I do not support ckan. Try a clean, manual install of SVE. Run the game with just SVE and add your other mods one by one to see what causes the issue.
  17. I don't think it's too small at all. I don't know how close you are to the moon, but the moon is quite small where I am. This, I feel, is an accurate representation of moon size as you will see in a video game

  19. Yeah I intended this mod to have Scatterer and it's sun flares so I had to make it smaller. What you can do is, remove the sun cfg that is in the SVEKopernicus folder and that should fix it. Or if you want, you can play with the radius value and set it to the size you want. If that doesn't fix it I'll have to look at it when I get home Monday
  20. I'm glad you like the sun flare that is possibly my favorite mod I ever put together. That alone bringso much immersion to the game for me and I love when others include it in the screenshots. It tells me others like it as well
