  1. It may have been something I did. Before I last updated, I messed with the lights. Maybe I missed something I'll look at it when I get home on Monday evening
  2. The new cloud detail looks amazing at 80km so you will be extremely happy and probably never leave low orbit again. I can't bring myself to put my space station any higher than 80k
  3. It's only going to get better.. I won't be home until Monday evening but an update will happen this week.
  4. What he is talking about is the yellowing on the terminators of Kerbin. For example: This is kerbin in my dev version of SVE Now, I think this looks amazing, realistic, and doesn't need to be changed. But I do remember @blackrack showing some pictures a while back of sunrises on the terminator or something like that and it looked really cool.. I dunno and don't care because I love it as is and ignorance is bliss. So if blackrack doesn't remember and never shows those pics again or has stopped development of that feature then I'm OK with it. @sDaZe, it is something you can get rid of if you don't like it. You just have to change some values in the Scatterer gui. I'm not gonna be home until Monday night so i cant show you, or I would. I'm pretty sure though it's the extinctiontint, and the extinctionmultiplier values you have to change. Try setting them to 0
  5. Do not install via ckan. It's broken at the moment. Install manually. Also i have never even used collision fx so I don't know why it says it's dependent on that. I don't use Ckan for reason just like that
  6. I was in the same boat as you, so I made this one the other day https://www.dropbox.com/s/h8liwugvjijkyvc/Galileo's Stars SkyBox.zip?dl=0
  7. Make sure you have the latest scatterer
  8. Adding the planetlist won't make a difference. All you need is the Proland and settings
  9. Download stock visual terrain and checkout the sun.cfg I included. It should do what you want
  10. It would help if you actually looked at the gui the mod gives you. open the gui at the space center. It's a little head down in the right hand corner. Put the reflections on disable and disable the removal of helmets on the same page.
  11. It turns out it is a conflict between scatterer and Kopernicus trying to call on the same normal maps and color maps. Blackrack is aware of it now that I ha e brought the issue to his attention and hopefully he can fix it
  12. Yeah I just figured TextureReplacer was dead/dying. Not a peep over there afaik. Just a fork that doesn't really work all that well in terms of reflections. Not game breaking for me and I can live without it, just sad to see a staple of the ksp modding scene slowly go away
  13. Hey its Berlin, name change happened it is more or looks like the same Proland and settings for Duna. You could try that or what sDaZe said. RVE is probably more fine tuned so check that out
  14. It hasn't been updated in a very long time. It is probably not being developed anymore.
  15. These might make you stay a little closer to home from now on And can someone fix the Imgur album button already!? SHEESH!
  16. i didnt pay it any mind either because it didnt affect anything in game. It still doesnt affect anything in my game because It takes a very particular way of switching vessels for it to happen, which i dont do. I have only seen a few complaints because of it and i basically blew them off because i couldnt replicate it until recently.
  17. ok tried that and the problem persists. Ill take the issue to scatterer. Thanks for the help!
  18. Hey @blackrack (its Berlin) I changed my name... Anyway I already posted this in the Kopernicus thread but I figured I should post this here as well to get more than 2 brains picking at it. Looks like something is causing the color and normal map to not load. Perhaps it's Kopernicus and scatterer trying to call on the same textures? I have determined this is a conflict between Scatterer and Kopernicus. the logs below are with SVT, Kopernicus, and Scatterer installed only You can replicate the bug by following these steps: Put a vessel into orbit. Quit game. Load game and open a ship on the Launchpad Press M (go into map mode) and switch to the ship that you put into orbit earlier set your gaze to Kerbin and behold the snowball https://www.dropbox.com/s/itkzz3ffgvnxi67/output_log.txt?dl=0 don't know if you need this, but here is the kopernicus logs https://www.dropbox.com/s/wui76ny6dr3gg7s/Kopernicus.zip?dl=0 This issue only happens when scatterer is installed alongside Kopernicus. remove scatterer and the issue is gone.
  19. I also posted this issue on the scatterer thread* You can replicate the bug by following these steps: Put a vessel into orbit. Quit game.
