  1. I don't think so, but IIRC they are quite rare so you might have to wait a while for one to appear.
  2. Because in a lot of cases it's unnecessary. Rather than getting mad and complaining loudly about it, just calmly state what it is that you disagree with and maybe suggest a way they could improve it. This way, you're more likely to actually have whatever you dislike improved, and less likely to start an argument. People generally prefer constructive criticism to being yelled at. Anyway, this is probably stepping into 'backseat moderation' territory, and I'm not in the mood for an argument
  3. Why do you constantly bash SQUAD for everything they do? Here you're assuming that a feature they haven't even implemented yet is just going to be badly done, because it would be made by them. And that is essentially the definition of prejudice. Maybe you should just keep an open mind and see what it's like if/when this is put into the stock game, rather than going in with preconceived notions that everything that SQUAD makes is bad Anyway, on topic: Yes, stock footprints would be nice. There would have to be some sort of load-on-demand system so that all of your footprints don't load in at once and tank the framerate.
  4. @peteletroll Just to tell you, this bug was already reported yesterday: https://bugs.kerbalspaceprogram.com/issues/25675
  5. OK. I was just thinking for the purposes of modding that it would be useful to be able to just drop a folder with the suit textures and configs in GameData. Great! I'd better get to making some suits
  6. @KerbalKiller2000 This is a known bug. It should be fixed in the next patch, probably 1.10.1.
  7. @Just Jim I have another question: when we make new suit textures (and their configs), will they only work if they're in Squad/Suits, or can I create my own folder in GameData and put them in there? Also, what image editing software would you recommend for this? I figure I won't be able to use MS Paint
  8. @Nate Simpson It looks amazing! But you're this close to making Dres actually interesting
  9. So why do you play it, given that you dislike it so much? Besides, KSP has become much less buggy and slow with recent updates. It now runs on my eight-year-old laptop with little trouble, something that can't be said for many modern games. Its code may be cobbled together, but that's because the developers have continued to diligently update it for nine years, making it so much more than the original creators intended - something that can't be said for many modern games. In short, KSP does have its flaws, but it doesn't 'belong inside a septic tank'. KSP is getting a sequel, and games that belong inside septic tanks don't usually get sequels.
  10. @sevenperforce Time to build an ascent vehicle
  11. Here's a video of Raptor SN27 arriving: Let's hope this one gets to fly...
  12. @EchoLima Great idea! I've accidentally pressed F4 many times in the past and had no idea what was going on, this would be very helpful. Maybe putting it as feedback on the bug tracker would make it more visible to the developers.
  13. @Just Jim Thanks for reposting this for everyone! I've been thinking of making a mod for a while and now I think it just might be a suit texture pack One question: is it possible to add new suit models, or are we limited to only making textures?
  14. @Snark I tested my career save in 1.10 this morning and found this. The 1.875m reaction wheel added by this mod appears to have broken - the model has reverted to 1.25m size (as you can see from the image comparing it with a 1.875m tank). As far as I can see all of its stats are the same. It also has no reaction wheel status lights, but I'm inclined to think this isn't a fault of Indicator Lights as that mod was recently updated and every other part has its lights working fine. When I have time tomorrow I'll have to load up an install with only this mod and check whether this is a mod conflict or just 1.10 breaking Missing History - I didn't remember to do that today.
  15. Great job on getting TOTM! Want to do the same for Duna now?
  16. Cryo test condensed down to 7 minutes: And the aftermath (probably not the best choice of word )
  17. I don't think it got one. IIRC only the X200-16 and X200-32 tanks got the ESA variants. The X200-8 (the smallest 2.5m tank) and the Jumbo-64 (the biggest one) didn't get them.
  18. This is already possible, you have to pause the game and then press F2.
  19. System32 is actually a virus, but most antivirus software doesn't recognise it. Delete it before it bricks your computer!
