  1. @Pipcard I know nothing about how the new planet textures actually work, but I've had a cursory look around in the KSP files and I don't think they're available in the same way that the part textures are. They're probably locked behind the asset bundles, so only the developers can access them. There might be incompatibilities even if you do get your hands on them though, due to 1.1.3 being a few Unity versions ago, I'm not sure. You could try out Stock Visual Terrain though. I don't know if it's available for your version.
  2. This is in the Science and Spaceflight section of the forum, where we discuss science stuff unrelated to KSP.
  3. That all depends on whether EUS will be ready to go in 2024. I'm more inclined to think that Dynetics will launch on Vulcan. I don't think the 2024 goal is really realistic either, but that's another story.
  4. I'd be totally down for SLS Heavy. Three core stages strapped together? Hell yeah
  5. I'd list the problems with SLS until the cows come home, but I can't deny that it's a cool looking rocket. I prefer the Saturn V style look it used to have, though. But IMO, Starship is better both visually and functionally. It's literally a 1950s sci-fi rocket come true
  6. Possibly, though in one of the update previews I saw, an interstellar comet was on a solar escape trajectory with a low periapsis.
  7. Yeah, if I remember correctly it's meant to do a 2km hop, which will require the fairing. However, it's possible that if SN5 survives its 150m hop, they'll give it a fairing for the 2km hop and let SN6 do the first 20km bellyflop.
  8. Just find your Kerbal Space Program folder, right click, click 'copy', navigate to a different folder, and right click to paste.
  9. @Probus That's a LEGO Saturn V, but it looks like they're selling it preassembled, maybe.
  10. More likely just another planet. Another solar system would probably be stepping on the toes of KSP2.
  11. I always go to the Mun first, out of habit. Despite Minmus being easier to land on, I feel like there's a progression from Mun to Minmus - once you've got landing on the Mun down, you should have no problem landing on Minmus - but now you've got to worry about Minmus' inclined orbit.
  12. I'm thinking the mystery dome is either for another test tank (probably SN8) or for a full Starship vehicle, possibly SN9 (since we've already seen a thrust section and downcomer).
  13. Agreed, better launch clamps that can be used for proper launch towers would be a fantastic addition. And while we're on the topic of launch clamps, they really need a visual redo. I mean, look at them...
  14. @Just Jim @Oraldo revak I just finished watching and I'm blown away. Chills the whole way through, it's a masterpiece I cannot wait for the next instalment
  15. It's a bug, I'm pretty sure the devs know about it.
