  1. Xenon generators???? I mean they are producing plenty, and a probe only needs so much, so maybe generators similar to RTGs are becoming a big thing. God knows that it will be later, and also, it will be a basic look, very basic look. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. What are we yesing about.
  2. The Kerbal that is second on the left in the first pic is a robot. He has a red pupil. @The Doodling Astronaut, what can we make out of this discovery?? Yes, @Nate Simpson, I can hardly explain how excited I will be to be able to preorder KSP2. One serious question though, will you have a beta branch for the console version. Also, the left eye of each Kerbal is tilted up slightly.
  3. BIG FONT MUCH???? But yeah, I agree.
  4. My poke for the thread. @jimmymcgoochie, post this next chapter god darn it.
  5. What do I do with 10,000 F-14 Tomcats, tell the Navy to upgrade them and get peace in the middle east??? I've got 10,000 F-14s, wanna join forces and kick some rear end? Yes.
  6. Don't you mean the V(ertical), not the L(anding)? I will use a semi cheat method, and use SRBs to slow me. I will have to figure out the amount of SF needed, but thats not hard.
  7. If you get my Jeb Kerman killed, we WILL have problems, really big problems. If you get any of the big 4 killed, we shall have problems. I love defaulting my big 4 to the best missions, and if they are dead, I can't.
  8. Well, lets hope. Thank you @SQUADfor this wonderful update that may or may not bug the game to high hell. First thing Imma do is the Ares 1-X test rocket.
  9. The first one I've seen to a degree. SAS is similar to an aircraft's trim (in some ways), SAS holds a certain orientation unless circumstances change, asymetric engines, drag, etc. When you spin fast enough for a few seconds, SAS retrims itself, and you tumble around untill you input enough pressure to change orientation of trim enough to bring it back to neutral. I use this to hurl crafts away, especially old parts and such I can't recover, or am to lazy to deorbit and save money, toward celestial bodies, so they crash into the planet. I don't timewarp or phys warp during this time, so it could be why it spins. Ive never had number 2 happen yet. None of the test contracts work, they haven't since they redid some of the parts, and couldn't port the fix of contracts over. It could be that. I use SAS as my rudimentary trim, which works perfect, and fine tune for absolutes. As long as I can support forward movement, and positive pitch, SAS works fine as an autopilot and trim system. It holds the AOA unless stall, or time/physwarp, which is really nice.
  10. Better than Unity. Most of the lowest rated games are made with unity or a copy of unity Graphics are abismal in many Unity run games.
  11. I would NOT be suprised in the least. Yeah, Lets be honest, for all we know, they are twidling their thumbs during the day. No real updates or teasers have been released since the old (1st) dev blog, where we see a little in-game alpha build of it. Unity Game Engine. ARE THESE GUYS NUTS?????? UNITY???? You really expect Unity to run all of that data and telemetries, gravity, etc. Unity barely functions without problems as is. Use the game engine from Elite Dangerous or some other big space game that cares about gravity and size and all the stuff KSP cares about.
  12. This has been a bug forever. I haven't found a fix yet. Put it in the bug tracker.
  13. It should work. Maybe try @Dr. Kerbal's solution, I don't play PS (XBOX RULES) but I looked at the controller mapping, and that should be correct.
  14. I want scrambled eggs, side order of hashbrowns and some sausage please. But yes, KSP make fried RAM and CPU for breakfast. It makes fried graphics cards for lunch, and fried motherboards and fans at night
  15. I don't think that we will have quintillions of planets, I was thinking, maybe 5-10 systems, each with varying numbers of planets.
  16. Someone brought the illegel in some states, unless its worse plants in here. Glad to see I'm not the only one quoting him
  17. I took a sandbox game and I built this 2.5m ship that required 4 of the big SRBs, and I launched it. For whatever reason, I actually succeded in making it into space. I didn't know how to get into orbit, so I went straight up. The capsule was almost hit by the SRBs because I couldn't separate them, forgot decouplers, almost died again because of lack of heat shield, So I threw the capsule into a roll, yay, mistake no. 3. I landed in the mountain range not far from KSC. Some time during 1.5
  18. Mechjeb, KAS, BDArmory would be hilarious but just as a mod. Would like to see something similar to Space engineers who set up a website, similar to KerbalX and went through hoops to get it allowed for Xbox, put major mods and, integrate KerbalX into said website.
  19. Thou shall remember not to spagetify thy crew on thy mission.
  20. It was showning it still in KSP discussion for some reason..... I don't know why
  21. There are tons. Don't abanon kerbals, don't kill them, dont forget Parachutes or heatshields. Moar Boosters, parachutes.
