Will we be getting the extra bits (the chunky dark grey bulges) on the zenit boosters or will they stay the same?

I just wanted to point out, KSP has a built in screenshot function, just press F1. The only reason I point this out is that it makes me cringe to see a screenshot of a photo of a monitor.

Once again, have you got the latest release and are you on 1.10.1? -

I learned that you should not switch crafts during reentry or you will be catapulted at 20 times the speed of light and instantly incinerated by temperatures in excess of 134 million degrees Celsius. I also updated my profile pic.

[KSP1.12.x] RealPlume - Stock v4.0.8 & RealPlume v13.3.2 [25/JUN/2021]

That would be because the particle limit is at about 1000. Use alt+P (I think?) To open the Realplume menu and you should see a little multiplier that is set on 1000. I usually have mine at 2500 but whatever you set it at is really up to you. -

There's a little button up top titled engine nodes (or something like that) and if you click it it will change the number of nodes. Not very obvious but easy to find once you know it's there. -
AZ-50 and NTO as a suggestion also. Just so it fits with the CRP naming conventions.

This is exactly the mod I was looking for!
