Not that I think it will solve your problem, but I wouldn't keep multiple modulemanager dll's in your gamadata. As for your problem: do you have electricity? edit: and ofcourse, do you have an antenna? edit2: yeah since you're around Kerbin the antenna wouldn't matter that much.

Most recent MKS is here (don't get scared by 'unstable' and 'bleeding edge' ) Most recent constellation (all USI mods in one package is here) edit: seems like the MKS link contains more than just MKS. You can 1) use the extra stuff because it's awesome, or 2) delete it.

You probably have an old MKS version? That problem was fixed quite a while ago.

It's a kopernicus setting. On mobile right now so can't really check what it's supposed to be, but you can check the kopernicus thread.
