  1. It need to be on Ultra to use Tesselation. If not on Ultra it will always give you the warning.
  2. Express install is borked - I cant press Apply because the window pops up, that it needs Graphics mod. I go to select it, and then it asks me for something else, then for something else etc, etc. Express my ass Whats going on?
  3. Where are the Retro and Modern files? Nowhere to be found. Description should be updated cause its confusing.
  4. Which folders shall I keep to get only full Saturn and Apollo experience? Only those and upgrades config?
  5. About the patches for MKS and USI-LS - i basically copy, paste and create seperate configs with Notepad++ and put them in the specified folder with specified name?
  6. Is there a way to turn off collision just for grass on Kerbin? All my experiment sounding rockets I send over biomes explode on hit.
  7. Are mods like DMagicScience, Station Parts Redux and mods that add parts for planetary bases etc. compatible with RO and/or RP-1?
  8. Are parts and mods like Sandcastle, Deep Freeze, Keridian Dynamics, Rovers, DMagic Science, Station Parts Redux etc. compatible with RSS? Im essentialy looking for mods adding to this side of gameplay (planetary bases, more science, more station parts etc).

I once saw in a video someone controlling their craft with very precise manouvers using buttons for yaw, pitch and roll in a way similar to all the manouver nodes mods (PreciseNode for example) allow us to use buttons in a seperate window instead of oversensitive handles on the node. I cant find it anywhere, anyone knows what it is?
  10. Damn, its the coolest one, but will try. First I will see if this happens if I will change it in VAB or launchpad. Cause I remember it not happening on one save and then happening. I sometimes forget to change the IVAs before flight and I like flying from FP perspective so maybe thats the case. Gonna start a new save and do the first contract, cause its the easiest to check this. I will let everyone know here if thats the case.
  11. Use the export settings button. It should remember it. Bear in mind, you need to set a TUFX profile for each scene it allows you to. Eg. KSC, Flight etc.
  12. Yeah, I do have DE-IVA, FreeIVA, all "standard" IVA replacements (MK1, Lander Can), MOARDv and MOARDvPlus and KAS Upgrade.
  13. Has someone else encountered a problem with parallax in EVA? I can only speak for Kerbin, since I havent been anywhere yet. Essentialy when I try to walk around as a Kerbal his animation gets all jittery and high framerate like while all the scatter flashes around him (not bright lights but flashing in and out of existence quickly). Its pretty odd how it happens - i reinstalled parallax, problem was gone. I restarted a career (very early one) to check it again and it happens again. This is all with no new mods installed, I only turned off parallax lighting and changed the density (to 0.5) in cfg.
  14. I was thinking the stock ones im leaving turned on. Havent replaced some of those. I came prepared - got all BDB, Near Future, Deepfreeze, USI stuff, DMagic and other science things (station included).
  15. They recommend to set DSN mod. to 4 so its safe to assume that with your mod it would 3.35. Will fiddle with other settings, so far its pretty good.
  16. Thats exactly what I meant. The same as it would be cool to add official hardcore mode so to speak, inspired by RO and RP maybe. Essentialy more comprehensive difficulty settings.
  17. I use parallax for stock and OPM. If I install 1.4.2 do I need to add some files for parallax (like for OPM there is a seperate thing) to enable it in GU? If so, where can I find it? Awesome looking systems btw. Also if I would want to use GU with JNSQ how does one go with rescaling GU? If I put Rescale and Sigma in GameData folder, wouldnt it rescale JNSQ as well?
  18. I would add "use while paused" as a difficulty toggle. You are meant to plan way ahead and have the danger of missing the window while planning.

Maybe try completely fresh install and try installing Spectra first, both EVE and Scatterer are its requirements so they should install with it/after it (without Scatterer config and EVE's stock planet textures - Spectra handles those). Do those mods first and see what happens. Bear in mind that shadows and terrain tabs will still be empty in EVE config after those mods. Not many packs handle those anyway. Im new to KSP modding too, just spent almost three days in Kerbal hell trying to get mods to work without errors and without initial loading taking more than 20 minutes. Try steps from the beginning here and let me know, I'll try and help. The only mods I've never had problems during those three days were graphics packs unless I installed something overlapping with other grpahic packs (thats when clouds usually break).
  20. Odd. Ive spent past three days modding KSP, which for a new Kerbal rocket scientist was like going to a candy store, which ended up in errors. I've finally settled down on mods I want for first playthrough and it works fine. Im on Ryzen 5900HX, 32 gb ram and 3070 Mobile. I stay at 90% memory usage which is odd because I play KSRSS Reborn with almost 200 mods including Parallax and 64k Textures. Never locked up or anything. Yes, the initial load takes around 20 minutes (counted) but after that its mostly fine (into VAB around 30 seconds, into flight 1 minute to load). Here is my mod list:
