  1. The rule was instituted because the rivalries of fictional countries and companies became so intense that it was overflowing into non-RP threads, cluttering the forum with off-topic posts, and forcing the moderation team to hand out numerous infractions and even some bans. The rule was not instituted to punish anyone, but to protect people like you from all of that acrimonious nonsense.
  2. It sounds like you're asking for help, so your question has been moved to the Gameplay subforum. It often helps others diagnose your trouble if we can see your designs. Could you post some screenshots?
  3. Please stay on-topic, folks, even in challenge threads. Space flight is not part of this challenge, and therefore off-topic.
  4. Congratulations. Also, moved to Mission Reports.
  5. Your gameplay question has been moved to the Gameplay Questions subforum.
  6. Good work. Also, moved to Mission Reports.
  7. Are you talking about a Kerbal who has become unresponsive while in a command chair, or on the surface of a world? Both are a bit of a problem. If there is another Kerbal on the surface, have him/her go over and run into the paralyzed one. This will often reset it. If there is no helper, try turning on the RCS pack with the R key, and try to jet the Kerbal loose. If that doesn't work, your only options are loading a save or sending a rescue mission. If in a command chair, that's an unusual bug which I myself have not experienced, and I do not recall what the fix might be, if there is one.
  8. Since others have contributed to that thread, their posts are not yours to delete. However, the thread has been closed to additional posting. Incidentally, there is a master thread for requests like this, and this thread has been merged into it.
  9. Sounds like you're having to pitch up so much that the tail is hitting the ground? KSP wings generate no lift at zero angle of attack. Try either rotating the leading edge of the wing up a bit, or adjusting the landing gear so that the nose sits higher. You will then generate more lift while rolling down the runway, and not have to pitch up so much to get airborne.
  10. There seems to be an absence of science in this thread. What is its purpose?
  11. This thread is getting personal. Let's not do that, please.
  12. Since this is not about the game itself, the thread has been moved to the off-topic lounge.
  13. At what altitude is this happening? Are you saying it's something other than just the air getting thinner? Also, moved to Gameplay questions.
  14. Pictures of the ship would help pinpoint your trouble. Could you post some? Also, moving this thread to the how-to section.
