My mother-in-law would strongly disagree with you about that. Around here, the schools are in session on Veteran's Day. That makes it one of my favorite holidays. But if you're only part of the country because you happened to be born there, why? Should a citizen of an oppressive dictatorship be as proud of their country as a citizen of a free democratic one, just because they were born and live there?

Limiting the action groups is indeed a Bad Thing. It would be different if building levels unlocked new capabilities (also something I find wrong), but action groups are not new capabilities. Early aircraft had fixed landing gear because the landing gear did not have the ability to be raised, not because no one had the technology to put a switch in the cockpit. Action groups are a way to give the player easier access to controls. Would it make sense if you had to upgrade the Main Menu Building before you could change key bindings? Having to hunt and right-click to activate an existing action is not always easy. Or possible, in the case of parts hidden inside/behind other parts. And if your ship is spinning, clicking on anything is damn near impossible. Making your user interface harder to deal with is not the same as progression.

razark replied to TriggerAu's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I haven't seen any issues. Try it out and see if it works. If it doesn't, just uninstall it. -
[1.1]Hullcam VDS - mod adopted by linuxgamer
razark replied to Albert VDS's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I only use it for the EVA camera, but that did work. Install it and try it out. If it doesn't work, remove it, report it, and wait for the update. -
[1.1.2][1-1-2] May 13-2016 EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements

I noticed this, as well. I thought it was night until the cloud passed. -
Do you have crew available, or have the option to automatically hire more crew when needed selected?

[1.1.2][1-1-2] May 13-2016 EnvironmentalVisualEnhancements
razark replied to rbray89's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Thank you for the confirmation, and the update. I strip out the cloud textures for the not-Kerbin areas, since I don't need them for now. Just wanted to make sure that didn't break anything. -

That seems better, but a couple of things: -Am I supposed to be seeing a city texture on the ground in daytime? -The clouds no long appear in the menu screens. Is this the new normal, or did I break it? -
I haven't had any issues yet in 1.0.5, but I've only done some light testing. Don't be afraid. Install it, test it, find out for yourself. Make a scratch install of KSP for testing mods on.

[1.12.x] Chatterer v.0.9.99 - Keep talking ! [20 Mar 2020]
razark replied to Athlonic's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Quick test shows this one seems to be working in 1.0.5. Under the Beeps tab, turn off the "SSTV on science transmitted" option at the bottom.- 751 replies

The only payware I've got is A2A's B-17.

Thank you. Well, there you are then. F-16 should be the second one. Are you sure you don't mean the SR-71?

What's the most recent fighter aircraft to get an air-to-air kill?

Happy Back to the Future Day! Wed 21st Oct 2015 (Discussion Thread)

Marty was 17 in 1985, which means he was born in 1968. In the 1985A timeline, Marty's father was killed by Biff in 1973, and Biff married his widowed mother at some later time. In the first movie, Marty travels to 1955, and changes things, and then returns to 1985 in the new timeline he created, rather than the old time line, which still exists as a parallel dimension. There's no difference between the way time travel works in the two, just in the point of view you experience it from. The 1985 that Marty returns to in the first movie is still a different time line, it just happens to be very close to the original: 1955---------------------------Old 1985, which Marty is from, this remains unchanged regardless of time travel. --\ ---\ 1955---------------------------New 1985, which Marty now is in, due to Marty's meddling. None of which explains why Biff returns to an unchanged 2015. Doc and Marty exist in the original 2015, but Biff should return to the 2015A timeline he created. -

In the first movie, Marty's parents never got married and conceived him, therefore he would cease to exist. In the second movie, he was born, but the rest of the world was different. The question is, after Biff travels back from 2015 to 1955, why does he return to 2015, instead of the 2015A that his time meddling should have created? Edit: Or did Biff(2015) return to 2015A, and the Biff seen returning in BttF2 is a alternate one from the one we see departing?
