Localisation is The Big Thing though! You said it yourself, so why are you shocked that they would agree with your view of Localisation being The Big Thing and pushing it as 1.3?

They mention the localisation first, which would be the main feature of the announcement, then how many lines of code, which is alot, THEN mention the pre-release. Then a whole lot on the contest. I feel like the announcement was for the localisation and the contest more then the pre-release, which had a total of two sentences about it.

While true, we already knew they were working it and getting close to being done. They'd hyped it up before, so doing a re-hype makes it feel....less. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad for the localisation, but I honestly thought that there'd be something other then that when they said "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!"

I now wonder, can this be used while in orbit, and does it experience a reactionary force upon firing? I'd love to use this for accelerating probes at distant planets.

I'd be ok with two separate folding wings. You easily have enough time upon hitting the atmosphere to deploy two individual wings. -
I love the idea behind this mod....sadly, I can't seem to even really get it off the ground, lest in space.

Can a mechanic utilize KIS/KAS? -
I asked in the Configurable Containers thread, it isn't possible atm. I might just MM patch another CRS vessel for transport of fuels and such. Ripping out the KIS space and figuring out how to MM patch for Configurable Containers (though that would probably be good to package on your side as a little bonus gift for people?)
