Mister Dilsby
Good day in the shipyards today. All I'll say right now, is Bill's got a lot of NERV trying to build a ship that huge... <-- (glasses for radiation)
Deddly
Indeed, a cheesy joke would appear to be quite fitting under the circumstances!
waterlubber
Dare you to build the [O-5 AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED] with only monoprop engines >:D

SaturnianBlue
Where did you get Mort's face palm? You weren't kidding when you said Bill had a lot of NERV. How much does the whole assembly cost?

The facepalm and some other nice Mort faces all come from @nightingale's animation project, which he was kind enough to share with me. The assembly is a few hundred thousand kerbucks right now, but I still haven't installed the engineering and science section, living quarters, life support etc. Or the boosters to go to orbit. Or the landers. I'm guessing the whole thing will cost at least a couple of million. Don't tell Mort!
Starhawk
I knew it was going to be epic, but - WOW! I'm already loving it! I hope Gus has lead-lined underwear. Thanks, as always. Happy Concerned landings!
Parkaboy
Oh, boy! I had the same trouble the first time I tried to do the Ultimate Kerbin 3 Challenge in Plan Kappa...
SpaceplaneAddict
What IS that THING?! It's even worse than @EvermoreAlpaca's Non-refueled SSTO to Tylo!
Scotius
That's...a lot of fissionable material in one screenshot. Is Gus turning into The Hulk yet?

Mad Rocket Scientist
Okay, so the "nope not yet" sign doesn't fully cover the title bar, so either it's not named yet or it's name is only about 5 letters long. [/TINFOILHAT]
Mikki
I can see 24 Nervas behind my welding googles . This is gonna be expensive, i bet with the lifter and additional launches it will be not less than 3 3.5 million Kerbucks. You won`t ignite this monstrosity near Kerbin or will you? If so, i am gonna evacuate my humble Space Program over to Duna and enjoy the new sun in Kerbin system from there... And i won`t take off my glasses anymore while reading this thread... I guess you are going to build a gigantic asparagus lifter for the KSS ... Whackjob? OMG!

So after guessing how close to the target Kuzzter could land a ship on Eve, we're playing "guess the price" with the KSS [REDACTED]?

You know, one of Mort's evil powers is to summon a legion of FPS Demons to torment those who spend too much on incredible numbers of parts. And the FPS Demons are snitches for the Kraken. It's a bold engineer who flies in the face of these horrors. Good luck
Mister Dilsby
Where did this strange new Jeb come from? Why from here, of course! Thanks to the amazing @Parkaboy for loaning me his Jeb, and for setting this up so brilliantly well! Both of us were saddened by this morning's news and are dedicating our crossover to the memory of David Bowie and his music. Oh, and better get @PotentiallyHabitable578 a cookie. Or... something. I think Parkaboy and I both got more than a little nervous when we saw him guess on the Plan Kappa thread that Jeb had indeed gone over to the Kerbfleet universe. Well, no harm done, you can all put away your tinfoil hats--and I'll put mine on so I can think of a way to get this Jeb out of my 'verse before something REALLY bad happens! Spoiler Nothing to see here. Move along. Edited January 11, 2016 by Kuzzter

Araym
Cross-Overs!!!!!!! *_* Now You two bring me the idea to be in "the party" too X°D I have to resume my own comic (I was busy, in the latter period, to help CobaltWolf balance some parts on his mod package, as I'm doing pratically a Kerbin replicas of space travels from sputnik onwards, and I needed Atlas and Titan rockets... and Thor-Delta too)
Starhawk
What a lovely twist! After all the talk, I didn't really expect it to happen. Too fun - and quite the diversion from the darker backstory being revealed through Kenlie's log. Poor Kenlie, I can just imagine how confused he'll be now. Happy Concerned landings! smjjames
How long did it take for him to get to the Mun? We left him with that ship somewhere at the end of EVE:O0. I'm confused on the timeline of that interlude since he's been busy since.... Edited January 11, 2016 by smjjames

Um... you may need to catch up a bit Kenlie has been up to space and back several times since then, most recently landing just offshore of KSC in the Quadhammer and being recovered (see last page of Chapter 3, earlier in this thread). The ship in this most recent update is a Gliido 7LR, the two-seater extra fuel variant--single stage to Munar orbit in about 10 hours. I believe Kenlie last flew a Gliido (the 7P six-seater variant) in an Eve: Order Zero interlude. Tedus also piloted a 7P near the end of that book. And now that the thread is all OHMAGERD CROSSOVAHHHHH! I think I can remove the spoiler tag ETA: Or did you mean how long did it take Jeb to get to the Mun? Well, that Jeb has never been to this Mun or anyplace else in the Kerbfleet universe before, so it's really hard to answer. This was his last known position before ending up here.
