Those who were deemed unsafe for release were transferred to other hospitals in the state. The rest were just.. released. Most of them took up residence in the (very small) city. First time daylight savings hit, 911 calls went through the roof, as a lot of these people were unable to cope with the idea of "time changing". Don't know why that made me think of this, but it did.
