Seriously... I wonder if it's really in the game, or not. (I'm a bit suspicious.)

(I have school, I'll try to decode the thing this afternoon to be sure)

EDIT:

I just decoded the signal in your video and I confirm it is rickrolled. Mabe the signal doesn't play at precisely 10,000.000000000000000 Pm, but a bit firther, for floating point reasons.
I'll try to get it after school.

Aight now that I'm back on the forums I'll try to whip up a craft for you to use. Could you remind me what version you're operating on?

Update: just checked old stuff. Trying to find what parts are in 1.0.

I don't think the early NERV engines had overheating problems

Before version 1.1.3, this engine used to overheat when run at full throttle for the long burns typical of nuclear-powered craft (though it usually stabilized before completely filling the overheat bar) but this is no longer the case and very long burns can be performed without fear of overheating.

Found this on the wiki...

It's the easiest. Due to its Low thrust, high heat production, and Huge mass(2.25t). Throttle have to be set to a high value.

Yep. Nervs pretty much go bam in any atmosphere, that or they don't make enough thrust to take off

NOPE.NERV neither boom in Kerbin nor in Eve or Laythe atmosphere.

Moho's atmosphere is superheated in 0.17

NERVs overheat while firing in Eve's atmosphere, but yes, Laythe and Kerbin won't boosh your Nervs.

Nothing yet.

Nothing at all.

Using my H-IIB design (coming soon to KerbalX!), I have littered LKO with 20 refuelers and turned the music volume off (you might want to try that) to see if the signal exists in 1.12.3.
