Add a system where Kerbals get less happy with other Kerbals depending on how long it has been since they showered. At some point, Kerbals will rather throw themselves out the airlock rather than deal with Bill's BO.

I want weather implemented. High winds, muddy dirt is hard to land on, the runway becomes slick when it rains. 

Also, there should be an aircraft carrier complete with elevators, arrestor wires, catapults, and 6,000 Kebals. 

Make Kerbals hold guns to shoot each other, too, with real-life gun models and bullet physics.
