  1. Working on the 1.2 biome updates perhaps? Probably need to add the DSN relays as well.
  2. Jr's are best saved for landers, where the weight saving and presumably small lander size wont be affected too much by the Jr's lack of rigidity. For most other applications you'll want the larger, sturdier docking nodes.
  3. I would love a science camera. For science points. Taking snapshots of planets and moons at certain altitudes for contracts. Filters for various wavelengths unlockable in the tech tree, or with that fancy new upgrade system the engines use. View from the camera perspective is a must, because stabilization is super important for good imagery. Some mousewheel action for a limited zoom (upgradeable perhaps). You could also have some kind of TV camera which could get you reputation points instead of science. The idea being you're broadcasting (ComNet, singal strength etc) a show back to Kerbin. I'm not sure how you'd implement that... place it on a ship angled so you would view eva activities? Omg, yes... place a flag in view of the camera, +20 reputation! Have the camera radially attach with a tiny animation of it extending out a bit. I could dig it.

  5. Hi guys, I have always wanted to try this mod, and I finally have a reason to. Unfortunately it seems I will run into one (or more) of the limitations that might prevent me from doing this. I often make a 2-kerbal lander can by placing 2x Mk1 lander cans inline, than offsetting them so they look like this: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=456678876 From what I read on the OP, this vessel will only have a hatch at the CoM, and the 2 visual hatches will not work. In your opinion, is creating this as a solid part with this mod something I should bother learning how to do? I could certainly pretend that they kerbals are climbing the ladder to enter one of the 2 (visual) hatcheson either side of them, if the functional hatch was simply invisible and between the visual ones.
  6. Freebie online music from Kevin McLeod and even freebie music done by HavesteR is fine for an early release game. Post-release (and post all those sales) means its time to hire some professional musicians to give the game the soundtrack it deserves. Short of that, pay for some licensing of properly done music. Heck, they could even record it at the music studio one of the Squad owners has opened.
  7. Its been asked; the idea is that "most" gameplay questions pertaining to consoles would pertain to the pc as well, so there is no need for a special forum for consoles with essentially duplicate questions in it.

  10. Not one of my 13 friends that own KSP on Steam have managed to get passed the lolsplosions phase of the game. One wont play until the graphics are updated. I wouldnt have any "friends" to even multiplay with.

  13. I have never mathed it out like the OP, but have had 100% succes in capturing asteroids by simply overbuilding my vessel. You need alot less that you might imagine just by looking at them.

  16. Very cool. I remember commenting tha the relays on Kerbin would be silly if there was no actual dish there. Its great that they were able to include them. If the next pre-release fixes the ComNet bug, then I'll go have a look for some. I'll try to count them.
  17. I was quite impressed with how good the console port of Prison Architect turned out. A great example of the porting company they hired making UI changes that looked sharp and really help with the gameplay spacific to a console. They even chose to re-port some of those elements into the final PC build!
  18. They sound like a cartoon power drill. They don't really match the animations either. I'm not sure I like them tp be honest. Overall, 1.2 seems pretty good. KSPedia needs updating, hopefully that goes in before its released. Porkjet's parts look fab, I hope they get in soon and that 0.625 and 2.5m get the same treatment. I really like the new high gain antenna.
  19. I think they look great, and KSP sorely lacks decent art in too many places.
  20. Mk II is too small for decent payloads and MK 3 is too big for me most of the time. I stick mainly to rockets and the occasional shuttle orbiter replica.
