[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Ok. I just tested this with the latest dll, as of about 8 am this morning. I see the issue, no idea what the problem is. I did a little playing around, but no idea. It's about as simple as you can make it, so I think it is in @nightingale's court now- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
First, you can remove the lines targetBody = Kerbin I think it would be better to have that as a requirement rather than a target body. Targetbody will default to the location of the contract, and you already specify that at the top. If I get sometime this evening, I'll load it up and see what else I can find. Other than the above comment, I don't see anything wrong. Are you using the latest dev dll?- 5,206 replies

Just send me what you have so I can look at it. It might be something obvious (to me) since I've recently been working with it- 5,206 replies

Not yet. The stuff I've been working on is not yet in github. contact me if you want a copy of the latest version, only works with the dev version of CC Are you sure you don't have a hidden parameter? If you want, shoot me a copy of the contract and I'll take a look. What version of CC are you using for this?- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Is there any place I can see what the stock contracts do? ie: see what they do for the "rescue a kerbal" so that it can be replicated? Almost sounds too easy, at least in the beginning- 5,206 replies

No Kerbal dies Life support (USI-LS) All tech at a single level must be unlocked before moving to the next level. I allow a single exception (ie: one in the next level) FAR and DRE Ships in atmosphere must be streamlined Always do career AntennaRange (RemoteTech, while good, is just too complicated for me) No reverts in a mission, however, doing test launches and reverting is fine I'm sure I have others, just can't think of them yet.

[1.1][1.1-1] Apr-19-2016 Dynamic Texture Loader
linuxgurugamer replied to rbray89's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I realize that. Basicly, this mod saves video memory, not necessarily RAM. It probably is very helpful for people who aren't quite as modded as I am -
I'm trying to have a clickable image in my posts. This was fairly easy to do in the old forum, but I can't figure out how to do it. This is the html code which I'm trying to replicate: <a href="https://www.patreon.com/linuxgurugamer"> <img src="http://bayerfamily.net/Patreon.png"> </>

CKAN and Kerbalstuff work together, no need to exclude one because you like the other. And I have about 170 mods installed via CKAN, with no problems

The dummy dll was added in anticipation of an update to this pack. See the comment above yours, I'm working on implementing that so that the missions will make more sense. Once I get this updated, I'll be implementing the same sort of checks in the UnmannedMissions to avoid what you are running into. I hope to release the RoverMissionRedux update this weekend, Unmanned Missions will probably be next week. This update also needs an update of ContractConfigurator which isn't yet released, he told me it will probably be released this weekend as well.

OK, thanks for confirming the CompleteContract is global and that the persistantdata is also global. You may want to mention that in the Wiki- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I'm now able to tell if the UnmannedContracts has been loaded by using a dummy dll, and have MM working properly with it. Now, I'm trying to determine if a specific contract has been fulfilled. I can't find (yet) any way to reference a contract in a different contract pack. So i was wondering if it was possible to reference a persistent data item which was stored by a different contract pack. I'm not sure yet which way would be better for me, still working on the logic here. Thanks- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
In general I'm trying to go with roughly weekly releases if I know someone is ready to release a contract pack update or there is a bug that is affecting players on released versions of contract packs. December was an exception, because it was crazy. I can't make promises in general, but I would expect to see 1.9.3 sometime on the weekend. That's fine, thanks No - as it's $roverDeployed that it doesn't know the type of. ($x > C) is always going to be a bool. What you want is int($roverDeployed) > 2. It will always be default(T). For those not familiar with C#, that means it'll be 0 for numeric values, and null for most everything else. ok, thanks. So if $testBool is not defined, what will happen when it is referenced, will it act as if it is false?- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
That sounds like it's what I would need. Would that be difficult? Also, does it get a list of all the CONTRACT_GROUP nodes before it starts processing the contracts? But if I'm the only one who has ever asked for this, then I suppose I can do a dummy dll, and let MM do the work for me. Might make it easier for you.- 5,206 replies

[1.10.1+] Contract Configurator [v1.30.5] [2020-10-05]
linuxgurugamer replied to nightingale's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I would prefer the dummy dll, safer. @nightingale Food for thought: Would it be possible to have CC have a global list of all contract packs installed? Not sure if this would require a new parameter to add the name of the pack. Not urgent, I'm going to move ahead with the dummy dll for now- 5,206 replies
