  1. Would you consider exposing the settings for the eva parachute in a cfg file so we can edit drag values? They seem a little high and lead to a excessively slow descent. Thanks really enjoy the mod.
  2. Would it be possible to add scale lines/gridding on the graph? Even if you can't have units the lines would really help. Thanks!
  3. I too have had some crashes related to the images and am on Linux 64 Ubuntu 14.10. Maybe that they are not at a power of 2 resolution so 2,4,8,16,32,etc. would you be able to resie them to 16x16 or 32x32?
  4. I don't think this is true at all. I have a moon that started with a SMA greater than that of minmus (almost double) and still scaled it to 7x and it is still inside the SOI of kerbin. So i don't know why you think minmus would be outside. I even have OPM now with Tal around Wal.
  5. I like the idea of nuclear engines and love the idea of mk2 form factor, but share the sentiments for balance. The main drawback with nucear power is the heat. So maybe the integrated reactor and engine combo is probably too powerful. It may be easier to balance benefits and costs with a separate reactor part that powers the engines that can have the cost of weight heat and whatever else. Seems like it would work other than actually making the reactor itself. Just an idea.
  6. Fair use and all that. Pretty sure as long as you don't go trying to make money with the mod. Otherwise just kerbalize/parody the names. Massaphex industries sounds kinda cool.
  7. Ah that would be a good use. Thinking more about this could be fundamental if anyone make a mass effect mod.
  8. Sounds interesting if it can be debugged a bit more I would be interested in it if only of sandbox. Would pair nicely with the jump drive mods that scale based on mass. This could a high tech level solution for massive ships. Does this also allow mass increases not that i can think of ause currently, but who knows, and if not no loss.

  10. I like it looks better than stock IMO. Even if just an extra don't throw it away! Plus single engines lends to more creativity.
  11. I want to use this to have Nitrogen gas from RealFuels be converted to EVAprop upon going EVA. So I have to have N2 in my pod to get my packs filled otherwise I would have 0. How would I go about doing this? Also can I tweak the isp for the eva thrusters yet? Thanks!
  12. The ball will shift when engines are attached that is not a bug it affects the entire vessel's aerodynamics. Also it is not a CoL with FAR is the aerodynamic center which includes forces besides just lift. Use the graphs with FAR and build by eye. Learn from trying and observing evaluate undesired performance and fix what didn't work. It's pretty easy to tell if you look at CoM if you have a ton of wing surface ahead of it or not and graphs tell you if it has to much lift with a positive slope yellow line because you may have that stupid little blue ball behind the CoM but if you have too much wing/lift you won't even be able to tell with the balls, but the graphs will tell you every time with one click.
  13. Would you consider adding functionality to define resource amounts as a percent/decimal amount of total tank volume. This would make for faster conversion with many fuels like RealFuels.

  17. CLick the KCT icon and select VAB or SPH and recover to storage. However recovering the normal way still puts part in your inventory reducing time to build with those parts later, so it's not a complete wash
