Well unless the RSS devs made custom anomalies (they didn't), all anomalies are hold overs from the stock game. However, mars uses a Duna template, so it should have most, if not all, of the same anomalies. I have no idea if they will be on the surface or not since scaling is involved, but they might be worth checking out.- 598 replies

just use the last version of rescale and the last version of sigma that worked. Thats the easiest way. The only difference is sigma now handles the scatterer sun flares. using the old versions wont hurt.- 7,371 replies

@Sigma88 One other thing that could also be added to the recent changes for scatterer, is the load/unload distances of scatterer atmospheres, otherwise they pop in and out at large scales. Currently I am accomplishing that with this in the rescale cfgs: @Scatterer_planetsList:FINAL { @scattererCelestialBodies { @Item,* { @loadDistance *= #$@SigmaDimensions/Rescale$ @unloadDistance *= #$@SigmaDimensions/Rescale$ } } } Also, concerning EVE, I like the way I am currently altering the EVE cloud altitude and I wouldn't want that to change. There is freedom of style there for the user and its pretty straight forward. However, much like the scatterer load/unload distances, EVE also has this feature for gas giant clouds. (at least, I think that's what it does ) I think it would be a nice bit to have in SD. Currently I use this to adjust it: @PQS_MANAGER:FINAL { @OBJECT,* { @deactivateDistance *= #$@SigmaDimensions/Rescale$ } } I'll keep this stuff in my code for now, but if you decide to add it, let me know and I'll remove it. Well, role-playing and story telling have been tried many ways in ksp, and all have had short-comings. My advice would be to wait until the mission creator rolls out with the dlc and see what you can do with it. Otherwise, I believe that a storyline just isn't feasible in ksp.- 4,170 replies

I can add nearly all fuel types, I just haven't sat down and made a list. There are so many mods out there that add fuel types. I just don't get enough time to play and see what all is available. If anyone wants to see specific fuel types in the launch clamps, let me know.

The stock clamps do monopropellant. The umbilical towers in FASA launch clamps also do monopropellant. The first screenshot in the OP shows what the stock clamps can refuel.

Well there is going to be an issue there. 1.2.5.0 is developed with the latest scatterer, while OPMVO is not yet. The cfg structure of scatterer has changed since OPMVO last updated. This may be a reason you are not able to make your eclipses work properly. To shorten it: you are using outdated scatterer cfgs. this is just in theory as I have not used OPMVO in a while.

I did a fresh install of SVT v2.0.6, downloaded from github, and I'm getting plenty of scatter objects. In fact, I'm having a hard time finding any spots not filled with them. Yes, I changed the directory slightly, but that has nothing to do with if scatter appears or not. I would double check your settings, and maybe reinstall. Try a fresh sandbox game and move around. The scatter is there. If anyone else is having this issue let me know, I guess.- 1,019 replies
