  1. You can see it in the cockpit of my second GIF image.
  2. lol! Awesome I suggest the BV 215, that one was superior to this one, and similar in construction.
  3. hahahaha, I like how the title leads into the OP! xD +1 likes
  4. I like it! Made something similar myself awhile back, a replica of the Nakajima Kikka. (Japanese Me-262-like vehicle built in 1945, the only japanese jet aircraft of world war 2) http://live.warthunder.com/post/341788/en/
  5. I found it was very random, and only happens in weird conditions, so it's hard to see what is going on.
  6. Is it visible in this GIF? http://imgur.com/vp6cH1h
  7. Here is a GIF showing the rippling in slower motion, just like 7 screenshots, but it shows that it happens. http://imgur.com/oKhoXIY Nevermind.. the subtleness of it in this Install doesn't show in such low resolution.. hmm I'll see if I can replicate it in a less subtle way to get it to show, and in a stock install with some simple editor mods.
  8. I think I found what you were seeing... hold on
  9. I can do some tests to see if it is driver related, because I have multiple computers, with different drivers settings, etc. Can you send screenshots of what to look for?
  10. I updated my Heinkel P2's AI control stuff, so if you are going to use it in a fight, just download the latest version. https://kerbalx.com/He_162/Heinkel-P2 Also, my match with the Mentat mk 5's was a good one, I did 3 total matches, only took screenshots of one, but in all three the mentat's lost, and at least one of my Heinkel P2's survived, albeit, in one of the matches, it had only the top two wings left after the fight, and the rudder was gone, but it survived! Here is the most successful match I had with them: One loss, all enemy aircraft disabled / destroyed
  11. Maybe I should fight the mentat mk 5's then! Wow! Those things destroyed them nearly as well as my Heinkel P2 did!
  12. Update: The Heinkel P2 clubs the Heinkel P1, and the other candidates (assuming they are worse than the Heinkel P1, due to previous tests) So, the Heinkel P2 shall remain my contender for the ASC III competition.
  13. I designed a fighter to be able to beat two of my previous Heinkel P1's, and came up with the Heinkel P2. The Heinkel P2 is superior to at least two of my Heinkel P1's in combat, so I hope that because the Heinkel P1 is superior to the current king of the hill, the Heinkel P2 would be even better, and as such, the Heinkel P2 is my entry to the contest, forget about the Heinkel P1 https://kerbalx.com/He_162/Heinkel-P2 Specifications: 39 parts 2.8 tons 2x 12.7mm berezin machine guns Speed: 100 m/s + in level flight, 90 m/s easily capable while maneuvering, or in combat. Woops, forgot to set the others to defend mode or whatever, that's why they didn't attack me.. I will do a few more tests, and post the results of my Heinkel P.2, since it basically just kicked defenseless puppies is all...
  14. I made a competitor for the king of the hill, is it valid? It's fight against the current king of the hill is shown in an imgur album on the KerbalX page. https://kerbalx.com/He_162/Heinkel-P1 Parts: 49 Weight: 5.065t Armament: 1x .50 cal long barrel One ammo box One kerbal One seat
  15. Ohhh, ok, if you look into which mods can be used section it says there, you guys should make it a little clearer as to which guns can be used, as in, another line of rules that says such, rather than including it in the parenthesis statement of another rule...
  16. lol Testing my new ES-12 (ejection seat 12) and my rockets... rockets need spin stabilization... easy fix. woops... forgot that my newest fighter jet (not released) was the plane I was building them on... heh
  17. So, i'm working on my mk 12 ejection seat http://imgur.com/TbOV4ur
  18. Might want to make it slightly longer, at the moment it being so stubby looking makes it seem like a Yak-30 except for rudder placement. Just add another fuel tank, and clip it about half way into the previous fuel tanks to make it about long enough, cheers! I love the MiG-15, great plane really.
  19. 242.5 m/s, at 2000m for Bi-3, 27th of march, 1943, that's the top speed before dive happened. Engine burned for 89 seconds total, and had 10.79 kn thrust. Planes weight before launch was 3,710 pounds, and that is 1.855 tons. If the engine was run past 6 kn of thrust, more and more fuel was needed to provide more thrust, so for 10.79 kn of thrust, it only had a 67 second burn time, and the total flight as listed above took 89 seconds. To make it clear, the number designation after the name is the numbering of which one was produced, 9 were made, but the 7th one was the last to be flown. The 4th and 5th never flew, the 6th wasn't recorded.
  20. I like the idea, wish you would get that server up, so we can collaborate some awesome stuff on there
