  1. There's something oddly satisfying about running the same print on two side by side printers.
  2. I tried to make it quicker by counting in base 2, but I was thwarted. 6
  3. Watching this. The mashup of tutorials online has only made my head hurt.
  4. Getting off of Eve is the hard part.
  5. Absolutely. The craft you made in your career mode is saved in the VAB folder inside the save. You need to have the sandbox save already created. Kerbal Space Program / saves / {savename} / Ships / VAB / {nameofcraft}.craft Simply copy that craft file from your career save to your sandbox save. You can even do this without re-loading the game. The game will scan the folder every time you click the button to open a ship in the VAB/SPH.
  6. It's best to leave your issue up, as well as post what you did to fix it. Someone with the same problem may find the post and be able to fix it right away by doing what you did.
  7. I work in a city. Directly to the left of me is a Little Caesars/Family Video, to the right is a Casey's General store. Across the street is a fitness place. Definitely not rural at all. A goat wearing a collar, and his dog buddy just ran past the front door like they were looking for something.
  8. Don't discount a psychosomatic cause. These exploits have been around for a long time. They're not going to start affecting your computer just because the media made a circus about it, and you're now aware of it from a bunch of hype.
  9. Derp moment. I think the randomly switching was caused by the front facing Jr. docking port being rotated, although I've never had that happen before. I drove another one around the KSC with it turned and everything seemed to be alright.
  10. That's pretty much what I'm after. Couldn't care less about the line in orbit, but for landing where I want. I'll look into the mod.
  11. I have this little rover on Duna, and it's nearly impossible to drive. It's been awhile since I'd made a rover, so I stupidly attached the wheels using symmetry, instead of individually. When I steer, it either toes in or out, won't actually turn. So I start poking around in the game save. I fixed this once on a craft file in 1.3.0, but this is a bit different. I'm not seeing a symmetry reference to delete to turn all the wheels into individuals. Initially I just switched the inversion for the wheels I needed, but the game is flipping them back to what it thinks it's supposed to be as I'm driving around. Turning Right: Turning Left: What do I need to change/delete?
  12. Here's something I slapped together quick and ran up to Duna. It's by no means ideal, but. Here's the package I shipped to Duna. Relay sat, Lander, and Rover. Sat and Lander each have an RC-001S, Rover has a RoverMate with a Jr. Docking Port glued to the front for a "Control From Here" point. Ditch the satellite in Duna Orbit. This is the middle of the relay antenna, the RA-15. Drop down, deploy the completely pointless 88-88s on the lander, and detach the Rover. Stuck a DTS-M1 on the back of the rover. Easily my favorite stock antenna. The signal to the Rover is coming from the relay in orbit, not the Lander. Of course I'm also a huge fan of ridiculous not-stock antennas.
  13. The way I understand it, and from my experience, is engine exhaust didn't heat any other part of the craft... until 1.3.1. If you're on 1.3.1, you'll have heat damage from the engine thrust.
  14. EPL + ISRU. Probably the only way I'd ever pull it off.
  15. The blue line in map view that shows you your orbit. I would love to have that when you're focused in on the vessel.
  16. Hm. Didn't have any issues when I was using heat shields as decouplers, but now that I'm exploding service bays with internal sepratrons, fuel flow is a problem...
