https://github.com/friznit/Unofficial-Tantares-Wiki/wiki It's early work in progress and not all that useful yet. I'll start the proper build guides soon™.

[Most 1.12.x] Near Future Technologies (August 26)
Friznit replied to Nertea's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
I see you're using Kerbalism. That disables heat. -
Pick one, build it, share it! I've got updated craft files for all the Soyuz bits (launchers and spacecraft) and N1-L3, but the rest still need updating. Plus there's a few more that could be added to the collection.

Indeed, it looks like they need a bit of a scrub. I'm working through them slowly anyway so will share with Beale once I'm done.

[1.8.1-1] [PLEASE FORK ME] Kopernicus & KittopiaTech
Friznit replied to Thomas P.'s topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Or simply opt into the 1.8.1 "beta" before it updates. -
For a mod of this quality you could do worse than printing out the dV map, framing it and putting on the wall next your computer. Or wallpaper your room with it. That or download more RAM.

All the mod does is set the SMA to exactly the same as a reference satellite, so the orbital periods are the same and they'll never drift. You have to place your 4 sats in a roughly synchronous orbit to start. Once they're all deployed, decide which one is going to be your reference satellite, then switch to each of the others in turn and sync them to the reference sat - the SMA's will be adjusted to the same and it'll use a little fuel if needed.

[1.8.x+] Strategia [v1.8.0] [2019-10-22]

You’ve just discovered the SpaceX business model! -
Are you on KSP 1.8.1? B9 may not be fully functional on early versions. Also if you're in career mode you need to research and purchase the upgrades in the tech tree (Belle D is in Advanced Rocketry). The adapter is in Engineering 101 - it's definitely there in my game (I did a fresh pull from github this morning).

Last time I tried, the "old" Juno IV couldn't even lift itself to orbit in JNSQ. The revamped one is fine, though it needs a lofted trajectory. There are some WIP build guides for the new stuff in development in the Issues tab,. Feedback or suggestions are welcome if anything is not completely clear!

Details are in the ticket I raised on Github in November. It's fixed in the dev branch.

Universal Storage II [1.3.1 and 1.4.5 - 1.7.0]
Friznit replied to Paul Kingtiger's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Neither! kOS scares me and MJ is added to all cores automatically so a separate guidance computer is redundant. Instead, I run a MM patch that turns the US2 Guidance Computer into an experiment storage device.- 1,539 replies

My main use case was for building SRBs off planet. Since parts are unfueled when built with EL, you can't use standard SRBs. KSPI provides one option for manufacturing and fuelling boosters.
