How do I make a space shuttle?
Vanamonde replied to Alpha 360's topic in KSP1 The Spacecraft Exchange
This will end up being a craft sharing thread, and so it has been moved to Exchange. -
Any way to break Mach 6 with jets?
Vanamonde replied to ExtremeSquared's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
This discussion of gameplay has been moved to the Gameplay subforum. -
Thread moved to Gameplay Questions, since it's seeking help rather than offering it.

Close enough.

It was a joke, which turned into a pretend argument, which got out of hand and invaded other threads to the point that the moderators had to shut it down. Let's please try not to do that again.

Need your own thread moved or locked? Post here.

Not a problem. Just saying. -

Looks like Sal_vager got it. Meanwhile, hitting the report button is better for that kind of thing. That way, newbies don't feel so scolded. This thread is primarily for letting us know "your own" thread would like some kind of action. -
We moderators generally concentrate on different parts of the forum to make sure the whole thing gets covered, but we do help wherever it's needed. It would be very hard to guess about that kind of activity because the forum has busy spells and slow spells. When a new version comes out, I may lock/merge 8 or 10 threads a day due to redundancy, or I might go a couple of weeks without acting on any. Sorry, but I couldn't even take a reasonable guess. And it varies between moderators because some of us have full-time jobs, others help out between classes, and so on.

Bunches, but I don't think we have specific data on this.

Update problem
Vanamonde replied to Magmainia's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Your question has been moved to its own thread, @Magmainia. I've assumed it's on PC, but please give some details of your situation. -
How to make a new install with steam
Vanamonde replied to rkarmark's topic in KSP1 Technical Support (PC, unmodded installs)
Sounds like a support kind of question. And so, moved. -

Future propultion systems for spacecraft
Vanamonde replied to Night_Wing_Zero's topic in Science & Spaceflight
No need, though some posts have been trimmed or edited to get things back on-topic. -
"Star system" and "solid mass system"
Vanamonde replied to WinkAllKerb'''s topic in Science & Spaceflight
Something that wasn't fusing would not create a solar wind to disperse the cloud from which it formed, and would be hard to see from outside the cloud. External influences would eventually disperse the cloud, I suppose. -
Where can I find black space suits?
Vanamonde replied to Jett_Quasar's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Good advice, Streetwind. -
Don't take it personally. Anything Minecraft-related also gets slammed on Imgur. I think people are just not going there to see game screenshots.

Cultural differences haven't been a problem, on the forum or the mod team. People on the internet tend to already be used to dealing with foreigners and their funny ways.

The LV-N engine is quite a bit heavier than the others, but is more than twice as fuel efficient as anything but the dinky ion engines. So it's good for large burns where it will save more in fuel mass than the engine itself masses. So it's the best choice for long trips or big ships. I'm still getting used to the antennas myself, and remember the update status of your tracking station figures into it, but I believe that antenna can reach Duna.

Hello NMWXCO. To share pictures here, upload your screenshots to a picture sharing service such as Imgur.com, and copy the link they provide into your post.

May your rocket design problems be easier than dealing with Windows 10. And welcome to the forum.
