    Hello Corel. I also use a sandbox save as my space program's "simulations" and then fly the "real" missions in career. Sorry, don't use Macs.

    Hi Delay, and welcome to the forum. For landers, wider is better. Makes them more stable and less likely to tip. Example: If you want your ship to go farther, add to the bottom rather than the middle or top. Everything you add above the lowermost stage has to be carried around for a while, drecreasing the range of the existing stages.

    Personal thoughts: If the Russians had tech this far ahead of everyone else, it would not be a secret leaked by a conspiracy website on the internet. The Russians themselves would be crowing about it for propaganda purposes. Moderator thoughts: Please stop arguing about the relative credibility of news sources, since this thread is about whether or not *this* video is fake. Personal thoughts again: Yes, it's really, really fake.

    There is, but it's kind of obscure. Open it in the VAB to work on it, use the root tool to change the root part to the one by which you want it to attach, and then save it to subassemblies again. Also, your question has been moved to the Gameplay subforum, and welcome to our forum.
