About an hour from start to finish. What would you expect? As I already said Mun orbits Kerbin in roughly 6 Kerbal days. For an eclipse to take longer than an hour Mun would need to orbit MUCH slower or Kerbin needs to be A LOT bigger. Either you are doing something VERY weird or your game is modded in some obscure way. In the stock game what you're saying does not happen.

All biomes in one trip is pretty easy when you bring a rover and a lot of patience.

The ability to adjust the contract weights is definitely a good idea. But changing it at leisure without any form of penalty would unbalance an already wonky career system. Perhaps it could be linked to strategies in the Administration building. Purchasing a particular strategy with both& would increase the weights for certain contract types. The effect would not be instant since 'unwanted' types will also still have a high weight, but eventually they will sink over time when more desirable contracts will start to appear and those unwanted get ignored/declined.

On roughly 2/3rd its fuel this little speed demon can get to Nye Island, which is about half way across the planet. As you can see @Lemurs of Kerbin. It is not really that hard to reach those places. But you do have to know how. Keep trying, keep experimenting. And most of all: keep failing. As long as you understand WHY you failed there is no better teacher than failure. -

Panther in dry mode; yes. In wet mode absolutely not. 'Wet' Panthers are indeed very powerful but also ferociously thirsty. I would suggest the Whiplash. Once it gets up to speed and altitude no airbreathing engine can defeat it. -

Go high, go fast. At higher altitudes engines use less fuel. And do not bring items/resources you do not need. Strip the cockpit from monoprop and definitely remove all oxidizer if you're using only jet engines. -
Instead of side mounting your fuel tank there is an other alternative. Place it on the nose keeping the CoG in line with the thrust. The post below might be three years old but can still give you some nice ideas.

American football; probably the worst named game ever. Players (except one) do not use their feet and use a 'ball' that isn't actually a ball. But soccer isn't any better. 22 idiots running after a ball and when they finally have it they kick it away. In American football at least they try to hang on to it.

I completely missed that part of the OP. But reading through it I realized I might not even need that additional mod. It is very possible I can achieve the same with mods I already installed. If what I have in mind I'll let you and everybody else know. If it doesn't; never mind.

Netflix is not the only source of Netflix content. *cough cough wink wink*

Why would I set throttle limiters? I am talking about a Skycrane, not a Chinook. Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane: Boeing CH-47 Chinook:

@blackheart612 Another small request; a short crew cabin. Similar in size as your Mk1 Junior Liquid Fuel Fuselage, seating 2 Kerbals side by side. Preferably with a side door. The stock 2 Kerbals cabin is too long to be useful for choppers. If you want some small choppers (like my Bell 47) to add to your mod as example craft just say the word.

Those TweakScale patches work like a charm. It suddenly opens up a whole new world of design options. I even managed to build nice looking, but not so nice functioning, Sikorsky Skycrane based on the Mk3 cockpit. It's engine is a true beast but unfortunately it's unstable.

Almost all APP part names end with the word 'prop'. That could be your way in.

Replace @FlyHighAviator with @mechanicH and we have an answer. Quite literally combining the three posts above yours.

Sweet. Engines like that will fit nicely on 2.5m/mk2 parts. They would even look good on a Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane replica.

Kokura was spared not because the bomber was scared off. Kokura got lucky because of the weather. The bomber crew was unable to visually confirm the target due to clouds and diverted to their secondary target Nagasaki.

That show, like Mythbusters, is as much (or more) about the chemistry between the principals as the subject matter, IMO. And don't forget part of the Top Gear crew got canned. And the others left in anger because of that. The MythBusters called it quits at their own accord. They stopped the show because they themselves thought it was time to move on.

Pretty sure it's an error on your end of the line. The only 'double' avatar I see is the default. Nobody but you uses your image.
