  1. Very well done @Entropian(I pinged you in the other thread too). Yeah, we’ll leave this here for a bit. Some off topic content has been removed.
  2. He would, but his ears are still ringing so loud he can’t read.
  3. In order to play the game, yes you do.
  4. You can find them used for <$100, even <$50 if you look hard enough. I got mine mint in box for $70. A lot of people/corporations buy them new before realizing how weird they are, and since they’re a professional tool, they’re not nearly as abused as other devices
  5. A new enclosure for a space mouse would do the trick. Edit: I’ve tried before with mixed success, but I know they’re notoriously hard to get to lay nice with ksp.
  6. Well, since I’m right down the middle of totality, I’ll do a little happy dance. You must be in my neck of the woods.
  7. Down in either the Russian or Japanese international sub forum, there is a comment on how to do this I think. Posted within the last 24 hours. Alas, you’ll have to manually translate anything recent to figure it out.
  8. I forget the actual number, but ~12 digits of pi give you an accuracy suitable for a circle the size of the visible universe.
  9. I don’t often laugh at this thread…..
  10. I would very much hesitate to use the terms ‘precision machined’ and ‘1/64’ in the same sentence. Anything over .01” tolerance could be called ‘A good starting point’. I’m often dealing in tolerances +/-.0004” and often switch between metric and imperial with no issues.
  11. We just recently discussed this over here: https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/111158-ask-the-mods-questions-about-the-forums/&do=findComment&comment=4211151
  12. If you want to continue a thought, please don’t start a new thread for it, just edit the previous post.
  13. Moved to GamePlay questions. This was right in the forum you posted the question to:
  14. Welcome! This might answer some questions:
  15. Re Ball lightning, asked my SO who is into weather as much as any of us are into rocketry (she goes to weather conventions for fun): “We’re pretty sure it exists, but we haven’t been able to document it enough to definitely prove it, yet.”
  16. Oops! My bad. Well it’s free then!
