  1. Yep, any RPM cockpits that don't involve MFDs should be fine.
  2. Have you considered making a KSPedia entry for the information sheet?
  3. Stock bug that happens because stock doesn't have any pods without hatches. Use this mod to fix it.
  4. I see you're planning high accuracy to the original, and the Smithsonian page linked in this article is going to be my primary reference for the Mk.1-3. https://www.popularmechanics.com/space/rockets/a22006/3d-tour-apollo-11/
  5. So this is the BDB Apollo, not the new SQUAD Mk1-3 pod, correct?
  6. If it's robot arms you're looking for, I recommend @Angel-125's Kerbal Actuators. https://github.com/Angel-125/KerbalActuators
  7. Nice, thanks! As you might expect, I'm pretty particular when it comes to tech nodes for new parts, and generally your mods have excellent placement. I'm also a big fan of how you actually use the upgrade function.
  8. This is all going to end with Kerbals crash landing a UFO on RSS Earth and then an RSS Earth series, right? (or not) Are you planning a CTT config to put this waaaay at the end of the techtree? Because it seems like having this would mean there's not much point for things like DSEV.
  9. You are very ambitious. Good luck.
  10. @StarStreak2109, Sigma has left the forums no longer supports his mods on the forums. github.com/Sigma88 is the place to be.
  11. @Ger_space, welcome back and thanks for the news! I hope you had a nice vacation.
  12. Thanks. I'll post it here and eventually it'll be on Spacedock as well. I'll probably call it SETI Extension or something of that nature. I probably won't be able to do a lot until I finish my finals in two weeks.
  13. That doesn't surprise me; all the effects code was changed from 1.3.x to 1.4.x. That shouldn't be too hard to fix, I hope. Thanks for the info!
  14. They haven't ever worked. We've tried different things, but they never show up in-game.
  15. There is a monochrome shader that can be applied to the camera handler, but I doubt it's included in the JSISCANsatRPM background handler included in the SCANsat dll. Thanks anyway!
  16. Glad to see you back @Citizen247! I have to admit, I was getting a little worried for you. As a matter of fact, the newest version of AJE, released yesterday, has rotor code!
  17. Well, there goes my computer, crying in the corner about how @Nertea kicked it in it's RAM again. Thanks so much for these updates!
  18. Here's an interesting thing: because MFD dev is annoying and requires, at least for me, a ton of restarts (the good old guess-and-check method), I removed a bunch of part mods from my dev install of 1.3.1 yesterday, to make the cycle quicker. When I went back into the Mk2 Inline with it's 804 props, the framerate was high and smooth and the clock stayed green! Somehow, lowering RAM usage had the result of making everything run smoothly, at least until I got up to Mach 4 and the aero effects tanked the framerate. I've been playing this game for five years, and always I was told it was the UI and .dll mods that slowed everything down. This is true, but it turns out if you've only got 8GB of RAM, going easy on the part mods will help too.
  19. @DMagic, I'm making a green monochrome CRT MFD for my Warbird Cockpits mod on 1.3.1, is there any way to tell SCANsat to default to monochrome mode in the JSIscansatRPM settings? Or tint the whole thing greenish?
  20. Unfortunately, Squad changed something about the renderer in 1.4.x. Even with updated Raster Prop Monitor, the MFD props render backwards or upside down. @MOARdV, who maintains RPM, hasn't been able to fix it. So any IVA that uses RPM MFDs (like this one) isn't going to be useful in 1.4.x anyway. MOARdV is developing a replacement for RPM called MOARdV's Avionics Systems that doesn't have this problem, but all RPM IVAs will have to be completely remade before they work with MAS.
  21. Still making progress over here. I finally got my custom MFDs working, so it's just a matter of time before they're ready. Gotta make textures and things. Version 0.3 of the mod will have the Mk1 Command Pod, Mk1 Inline Cockpit and Mk2 Inline Cockpit with fully featured IVAs, and will be the last version of the mod to be developed on 1.3.1 and RPM. Future versions of the mod will be developed with MAS instead as it is both more robust and is actively being developed.
  22. May God have mercy on his soul. What an artist.
  23. I very much hope this hasn't been abandoned. This is fantastic and essential for anyone that uses the upgrade system.
