  1. Just an FYI, they rescinded that rule. But it's still nice to be polite and to wait for the mod author to finish
  2. Would it be ok if I recompile this for 1.3 and make it available until you are ready?
  3. Actually, he was telling me how to write some code which would work on Linux and OSX as well as windows.
  4. You know that you have 436 Nullrefs in the log? Of those: 330 are Tweakscale related Only two exceptions (from what I can find) related to ShipSections You should look at some of the other issues before blaming ShipSections
  5. I found this in a series of excerpts from the book Sled Driver: http://rahulbandaru.blogspot.com/2012/03/sr-71-blackbird-my-oldest-flying-wet.html And, another nice quote: Tower: "Flight 2431, for noise abatement turn 20 degrees to the right." Pilot (Flight 2431): "Roger, but we're at 35,000 feet, how much noise can we make up here?" Tower: "Flight 2431, have you ever heard the noise a 707 makes when it collides with a 727?"
  6. Sorry, wasn't aware of the post. You need to ping me, otherwise I might miss it. Anyway, the styling is very nice, I like it. Regarding all the new work, it's entirely up to how much work you want to do. Firespitter is fine, so are JSI Part Utilities, and/or the procedural stuff. In fact, if you go that far, I'd suggest turning the entire mod over to you, since you are the one doing all the work (if you are willing, of course).
  7. It's fine, check the .version file. it should say that the max version is 1.3.99: "KSP_VERSION_MAX": { "MAJOR":1, "MINOR":3, "PATCH":99 } I did update the ksp-avc site, it was out-of-date
  8. I'll try to remember to add these to the OP tomorrow, and maybe include thin in the mod. Thanks
  9. Extensive engineering report does not support previous versions of other mods. It needs the ship sections mod in order to run it will not run without it. If and when far is fully released I'll take a look at it until then I have too much else to do. That picture means nothing to me since I don't use the pre release of far. can you explain in words what the problem is.
  10. "Oops" (In alien spaceship in the movie Independence Day)
  11. Sorry about that. new release, 0.3.2: Add tooltip to show mod part is from when hovering over part in VAB partlist. Added settings for mod tooltip. If disabled, then tooltip will be shown when modifier key is held down updated build script (apparently last version wasn't released properly)
  12. Beta release for 1.3: Fixed nullref in WheelMotor on start Restricted alarm to sounding only when part is failed on active vessel Changed Update to LateUpdate in AlarmManager Restricted failures to active vessel only (in FailureModule) Updated for 1.3 https://github.com/linuxgurugamer/DangIt/releases/tag/0.7.13-beta ************ READ THIS FIRST!!! ************ This is NOT available through CKAN or SpaceDock, only from the link above. I have not yet addressed the issue of Snacks! tanks leaking, but I would appreciate if you could test that, and present me with a specific series of steps to do in a plain game with only the two mods installed to make it happen. Same with the RCS thrusters being broken. This is a beta version. The logs are going to have more information for me, and, there will be a couple of informational entries in the right-click menus. You can ignore those, they print some extra information to the log which I don't need right now.
  13. Also known as Star Trek, The Motion Sickness. I watched Star Trek in the 60s growing up during the real Space Race to the Moon. There was a 25 year gap between the end of the series and the first movie Big Empty field in until it came out, I stood for 6 hours in the freezing rain to watch it the first movie on opening day. After the first 15 minutes of the movie and the constant viewing of the new Enterprise I felt disappointed. The next generation was good Star Trek Voyager was good excellent actually and I've been a fan all my life
  14. Very soon. I'm stopping support of 1.2 and will be proceeding with 1.3 beta very soon now. None of people who requested the 1.2 bug fixes has ever responded beyond one saying he was going to test so at this point I am not going to support 1.2 anymore
  15. True. It's been done and tested, but since it doesn't really hurt anything, I'll hold for for a bit. Thanks
  16. Are you going to do a full adoption of this mod? Seems like @Papa_Joe and the BD Team hasn't done anything with it for almost a year
  17. There may not be one, yet. So don't complain and imply it's dead, give people some time to do the work to get it upgraded and recompiled
