  1. Just a friendly heads up. Don't "+1" an update request or ask after another has already asked for an update. There is a forum rule against repeated requests and the moderators may bark at'cha. Believe me there are a lot of us stalking this thread but be patient. Either @Albert VDS will return when he is ready or another may take up his mantle in time.
  2. I am now. Perfect timing too, I'm working on aircraft and carriers for my next video. Only problem is I'm still in 1.0.5 for all my serious stuff. I only have a 1.1.3 install around for kicks as so many of the mods I use (especially wheel related mods) aren't yet updated. No chance the catipult / arrester gear work in 1.0.5 hu? Eh if not it'll go in my 1.1.3 instal for sure.
  3. How in "Bob's name" did I not know about your catipult and arrester hook! I know what I'm doing when I get home! Nice work @Fengist
  4. Now I did just now use some strategically placed procedural structural elements to cover them, so not that big of a deal really. And don't get me wrong I'm cackling like a little kid right now been playing with ospreys all day. edit: Just had a thought because I do see your point and also like them as they are too. FS Texture Switcher?
  5. Just throwing this out there. you can also (with some creative offset finesse) make a Fenestron tail. Using a KW rocketry fairing base (with no fairings) as well as procedural parts / Procedural wings, and a standard FS tail rotor. That's how I built my Fenestron tail on my RAH-66 a while back. Edit: I am loving this! My osprey finally has scale looking rotors A couple things I noticed. (1) I needed to double the power output to make this fly. (2) Both the rotors are actually spinning backwards on start up. Should be a simple swap the minus between cfgs right? One final request and I promise to shut up. Would you consider making the nose cone solid black instead of checkered?
  6. @Eskandare First off amazing work! the animations are super clean and I especially appreciate the fact you made a set of osprey rotors I've been waiting for those for quite some time. And secondly on the topic of the osprey I'll simply state my request with a picture.
  7. @Avera9eJoe I wanted to stop by here and say again. Thank you for all your hard work here! Windowshine makes such an incredible difference for cinematics and just playing the game. Really appreciate ya man!
  8. Outstanding! I was hoping this would make its way into malfunc eventually
  9. "Procedural life forms" I myst admit. I've never seen anything on this until now? And I guess I've been doing too much building and not enough actual exploring. Any sure fire way to encounter one of these? Very cool!
  10. Thanks @SpannerMonkey(smce) I'm currently lost as to how we can get rid of the non firing issue. It seams that with some of the recent changes to BD Armory and KIS. They just don't play as well together any more. And since FPS relies on both of these plugins to work..... I am not a plugin programmer. Just a general tinkerer of things really. And FPS was a glorious accident I had to share with everybody. If a plugin coder wants to tear into the problem I would absolutely welcome the help.
  11. Look for an old mod called Nebula Decals. It worked in 1.0.5. Not sure if it still works in 1.1.3 or not though.
  12. Absolutely! Yes Please! Looks like you have 1.1.x compatibility going.
  13. Thank you @IgorZ! We all really appreciate you keeping KAS alive
  14. Got another one for you guys Ctrl + Z "Undo" when you mistakenly grab a set of parts you spent 3 hours placing just right
  15. Looking good @SpannerMonkey(smce)
  16. @SpannerMonkey(smce) you are a rockstar sir! You have helped revive so many mods since you've been back, mine included. Thanks for everything you do around here.
  17. For something a little different. I made a "Tribute" "Thank you" Video, for another video Dirk Larien made back in 2014. It was this video among a handful of others that truly made me want to start playing KSP. Thank you Dirk! - Dirk's original video can be seen here Explorer + Sandfinder
  18. Battery power, Direction of placed IR part..... All IR parts must be attached by there base nodes. If they are placed upside down they will not work. Hopefully that helps but for more help we will need a little more info or possibly a pic of the issue.
  19. In all the time I've been playing ksp..... That never once occurred to me. That's such a great idea!

Greetings! As @Majorjim pointed out. Ask lots of questions. Sometimes Pm'ing someone will yield more detailed and helpful information. But just the same, ask specific questions and you will get specific answers. A good tip for shuttles or any complex build in KSP is. Watch lots of YouTube videos to gleam helpful building ideas. And when you truely get in a pickle building said shuttle. That's where the rest of us come in One last tip, align the center of thrust with the center of mass like so.
  21. Did you install RPM, as well as the aditional textures in the zip file to enable the clear Windows?
  22. Keep up the good work @Laythe2 I for one been having a blast with these parts
