  1. Modding in KSP2 is very much in its infancy -It's not yet technically supported by the game, and with the game being so early on in development and still unpolished, it will probably be a long time before any major KSP1 mods get a version in KSP2.
  2. This is probably outside of the scope of BDB, but I think a set of parts for an LLRV could be pretty cool... I can see parts of it being pretty lego-able, too.
  3. ATV is an unmanned cargo vehicle. There was a concept for a human-rated derivative called the CTV, though that's essentially a different spacecraft entirely.
  4. I think now that you've done a mission honouring our greatest planet, you can now add to your signature -You've shown your support for Dres and now you can take the badge for it! Just copy the image into your signature.
  5. If you do make a winged-gemini-type pod thingamybob, then how about a regallo wing as well? It'd need RetractableLiftingSurface, but I think it'd be pretty cool.
  6. How'd you make that Orion drive? What mod is it from? My guess is the Stockish Project Orion mod's clipped into NFLV tanks, but I'm not sure. Also, is that a custom wear decal? It looks really good, is there anywhere I can get hold of it?
  7. Yes. I've used it regularly. Though it 'll tell you that it's outdated, it works just fine, as is the case with most parts mods.
  8. NeistAir has a whole bunch of airliner cockpits, which are all pretty good. SXT continued has a bunch of plane parts alongside its stockalike rocket bits, too.
  9. It looks to me like the heat shield variant isn't rotated correctly. I'm not sure if it will help, but try using the rotate tool on the engine until it looks right.
  10. I would have suggested having the billboard at the bottom, and building the rocket on top of it, so that the billboard can essentially act as a giant fin to keep the rocket stable. Of course, then you have the problem of mounting all the engines on the side of the rocket, but it should be doable.
  11. I believe you can use Kerbal Konstructs' static editor. Fly to your chosen location, press Ctrl+K and start whacking down statics! It's fairly intuitive, but if you're not quite sure how to use it there are some good tutorials upon these here interwebs.
  12. Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Kapybaras as a pseudo-canine/primate analogue for KSP. Although the Mystery Goo could already fill this niche, being able to crew your rockets with Kapybaras could be a way to trade Kerbal control for extra science, in flights similar to those of Laika, Ham and the Zond 5 tortoises. Maybe you could train Kapybaras to be able to do certain tasks on your crafts, too.
  13. That is exactly the same problem the Breaking Ground robotics have: Generally, they're far too wobbly as well.
  14. My grasp of cyrillic is very rudimentary, but I think it says something along the lines of LOAD 3D or possibly LOADYED if it's ukranian cyrillic. Probably LOADED, as a caution sign to indicate that it's full of fuel.
  15. I'm excited to see what modders can bring to the table in KSP2. If the devs manage to make the game less demanding and achieve their goal of accessibility for just about everyone, there's definitely a large base for modders to emerge from. And with a solid foundation, there's really no end to what modders could do with KSP2. We've seen the likes of USI, Nertea's mods, EVE Scatterer and Parallax, and BDB, Knes and Tantares for KSP1, and with a little luck we can see just as good a modding scene in KSP2.
  16. For those interested in this type of engine, Scott Manley made a video on it a while back: I'd agree, it would be pretty cool to see an engine like this in KSP2!
  17. This is just a guess, but I think it's probably quite hard to know how long it'll take, as we don't know what the process for modding KSP2 will look like compared to KSP1.
