Oh, that's the _only_ artsy thing I've ever done in game. Everything else is walls, roof, done.

Don’t worry about the bandwidth. It’s a traumatic thing, expected or not. My SO lost her mother about a year ago and she still has moments where the smallest thing sends her crying. Nothing can replace the loss, and time will help, but that hole in your life will never fully close. Grieve as you must, it’s the only way through this, but try to make her proud. Take those little things that remind you of her and enjoy them, cherish the memories, and imagine she’s enjoying it with you.

We don’t need to bump threads that are dead and gone. We already have other threads with the same discussion, even with nothing more to be said.
-
Seeing how this is all moot now and we have other threads that have this same discussion going on, we can close this one.

Nothing major. A few machines needed reset up cause the recipes had changed, but that wasn't a big issue as they were all coming off the main bus line. Some things were kinda buried or floating in the air now. But @JoeSchmuckatelli, this is what I spent my last week planning and tonight building..... This is why I don't get anywhere. After completing that, I realized it's completely pointless as a factory. It'd be much easier to process the quartz into silica in the factory over the swamp and not try to do it in situ. I even have all the belt lines setup for it... And, Yeah, I know the windows are off a bit, I'll fix em later. thanks @Anth .

Nope. Just using my previous save. I like to putz around too much to advance quickly. I did finish off my 200 fuel generator power plant though and started the infrastructure for the 900 sheet /900 casing aluminum factory I’m doing next. I love starting in the desert so far. Plenty of space without terrain getting in the way, and when you go to build bigger factories later on, you don’t have to relocate. Plenty of nodes of east access within sight lines basically, so running conveyors and such through jungles or mountains or whatever. Next tier resources are easily accessible too. One of my favorite things to do is to go on sphere/slug/ drive hunts. Just wander off collect stuff and hope I don’t die. Although I’ve played it long enough to just set the mobs to retaliate and get on with it. I play this to relax, not get stressed out running for my life.

@rockmeowstar, please include a proper license. State which license in the OP of the thread, on the download site, and include a full copy of the license in the downloadable file. Thank you.

I have all my supply lines decked out so just about everything I produce is fed into Dimensional Depots. No more stocking up on material for a build trip. I upgraded the upload and stacks sizes pretty far down the chain, so I’ll never to worry about concrete or silica again when building large structures. The manual uploader is a godsend for tossing those bits and bobs you have laying around into a place where you’ll always have them. just note though, other than the build gun, handheld devices will not draw material from the DD. You can’t reload ammo, Nobelist’s, or fuel directly from the depot, you have to manually transfer a stack of each to your inventory from the DD before you can use it. And whoa boy, the storyline is creepily cool.

Kennedy Space Center trip - suggestions?
Gargamel replied to JoeSchmuckatelli's topic in Science & Spaceflight
If you’re in cocoa beach, Nolan’s Irish pub is fantastic, excellent food. -
That’s because a new member posted it and it requires approval, just your posts did as a new member. It takes a bit of time for the moderators to review and approve the posts. Be patient, it’s probably fine now. The notifications and activity streams showing them are forum bugs.

I still have my version on the ksp store, and I could not find a way to migrate it recently. I had purchased it early enough that I was eligible for the migration, and as of about when @Ghostii_Space was CM, it was still an option for me. But I cannot find that option now. But for me, it’s not a big deal. I’ve downloaded all the versions I want from the store, and worst case scenario I have a couple extra keys lying around. I think I also got a copy on Epic during one of their weekly free giveaways.

Using Reddit or discord to replace a long standing forum is like trying to use your spare tire for a trans continental car trip. Yeah, it’ll work in the short term, but no serious conversation can be done on it over any length of time. Reddit auto locks their threads after what, 3 months? That’s completely useless as a continuum of information if you have a pertinent piece of information to contribute.

Okay.... finally finally plugged my camera into the PC... No post processing on this one, haven't even sorted through them all, this probably isn't the best one. Only processing I've done is crop.- 284 replies

Couple few things we’ve been playing: LLAMA: Uno meets Gin. Seems like a simple kids game, but a good amount of hidden depth. And being a Reiner Kinezia (actual spelling escapes me atm) game that was up for the Speil de Jeur (again, random guess at spelling again), it’s actually really good. Scout by Oink games: Another Gin-esque card game. Good fun and strategy. Harmonies: It’s like the designers of Cascadia sat down and tried to do it again, but better this time. The gameplay and artwork is just what that style of game needed to bring it home. *chefs kiss* Sky Team: This is the latest hotness in board gaming, and it’s earned it. Two player, incommunicado, dice roller that sees you and your partner attempting to land an airliner. The built in chapters, challenges, and airports make the replayability of it good one.

Any thoughts on a secret "Private Beta" password?

Since this thread has again devolved into people attacking other forum members, it has been locked. -
Well, then specify a Single stage spaceplane. Spaceplane =/= SSTO. SSTO = Single Stage to Orbit. A spaceplane might be a type of SSTO, or not. A vertical launch rocket can easily be a SSTO. Any SSTO can also have stages that are deployed after reaching orbit.

[1.12.x] Near Future Technologies (September 6)
Gargamel replied to Nertea's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Please include an English translation to all posts out side the "International" subforum. Thanks. -
Sadly, signatures don’t show on mobile. Which is a good thing, keeps the bandwidth down. I saw the post and it’s very nice. I’d hate to merge it into the “How to use the forums” thread that’s stickied at the top of the sub, but I’d also hate for it to slide into obscurity. Why don’t you add a link to stuck thread so we don’t lose it?

There’s nothing to accept. Paste the link directly into the text of the post, ignore anything like an “insert image” button.
