There’s a difference between guessing and assumptions of high probability. Nothings written in stone yet, probably not even the sale of PD is final since details haven’t been released. Let’s not go nit picking stuff for arguments sake. We’re all speculatively hopeful this is what we dream it might be, else we wouldn’t be here. Doubt and trepidation is healthy, but we don’t need to be having arguments of details that don’t exist yet.

If it walks like a duck…. Rocketwerkz starts work on a Lego rocket ship style game. Names it something that is somewhat tropish and childish (IMO), but more importantly is really skirting the line of trademark infringement. Starts pulling in hardcore KSP devs of various sorts. Then a mysterious buyer acquires the IP and associated studio. If it quacks like a duck….. This really appears to me, with no inside info, that the acquisition has been in the works for a bit, they got the green light before finalizing the deal, and have always intended KSA to be a placeholder name. Then it’s ducking KSP3.

Heck no. I try for as much waste as possible. I might have my aluminum factory making 2 product lines at 1500 / min each. And it runs constantly, even if demand isn’t using that much. Any excess is dumped right into a sink. Everything that can overflow does. Tickets are sweet sweet nectar. Hell, the first phase 5 item I started making is Pasta, and I’m making 10 of those a minute (at stupid ridiculous cost of 6000 copper ingots a minute). So filled up the elevator in 30 minutes or so, but it’s still churning out pasta, getting those tickets for me. But I futz around so much, and go exploring, and with the recent update respawning most of the sloops and spheres, I’ll have the golden nut statue before finishing phase 5

Oh yeah. how could I forget. Been on their discord for a bit before it was opened to the public on reddit the other day. With the smaller audience, being able to speak more directly with them, there seems to be a real passion on their part for getting this right. I'm hopeful they'll put something amazing together. Giving JPL a bespoke engine to do what he wants this time has me very optimistic.
