AtomicTech Inc. Junkyards (v.1.4.0) (KSP Version 1.12.5)
Stone Blue replied to AtomicTech's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You should have your top level folder as "GameData/[your_mod_name]/" ie GameData/AtomicTech/ .... or GameData/AtomicTech/Junkyard/, if you plane to ever release any moar mods under the AtomicTech "brand"... Those future mods could be sub-folders of your AtomicTech folder... maes keeping your mods seperated easier Lemme take a closer look at the internal folders- 83 replies

AtomicTech Inc. Junkyards (v.1.4.0) (KSP Version 1.12.5)
Stone Blue replied to AtomicTech's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
@AtomicTech Before you get much further in development/adding stuff, may I suggest considering reorganizing the folder structure to more "standard" KSP format? As-is, I think many people may have issues installing properly, and it may even be an issue if you ever host on CKAN, as IIRC, CKAN relies *heavily* on a standard /GameData/[mod]/ folder structure? Especially, if this is a conglomeration of multiple mods, and you are using *their* existing internal folder structures, it *could* potentially cause conflicts, if other versions of those other mods get installed seperately, as well Tagging @HebaruSan for possible comment on that- 83 replies

@ColdJ Oh... pretty easy to do with BFA & Taniwha's plugin. I'm extremely disheartened to hear that it might not work in newer versions of BFA I'll try to get my BFA install up & running Soon™, and I can walk you thru it

Thats a good way to do it, but you can also do it in the part .cfg. You can also have switchable textures in-game using B9 PartSwitch, and possibly something in WBI Tools, also.

@ColdJ seems to be a single command pod part... possibly a Star Wars Millenium Falcon wannabe... No license included, and I have searched and cannot identify what mod it came from... I wouldnt worry about it unless @Space Cowboy can better identify the mod

Check Toolbar Cont. thread... IIRC, ClickThrough Blocer, is a dependency, of *that* mod... so you may need it also
-
@Baker_02 Seems to be for me... At least, I tested, and had the same issue as you. Its becuase you are missing either, or both, the Toolbar Controller & ClickThroughBlocker mods. Install both those, and you'll get the Biomatic icon in the toolbar, and it will open the Biomatic UI @zer0Kerbal any chance to get the OP edited, so that TC & CTB mods are no longer listed as "Recommended", but as hard "Dependencies"?

[1.2-1.7] Blender (2.83+) .mu import/export addon
Stone Blue replied to taniwha's topic in KSP1 Tools and Applications
I dont remember exactly what the problem was, or exactly how to fix it, but wayyy bac, when i 1st started using Blender, I had lots of problems with exporting .fbx, for use in Unity. I then found out Unity can read/use .blend files directly, so i stopped using .fbx at all. IIRC, its something where my .fbx's were exporting into Unity, then in-game the models would would be tiny... like 100x smaller. You can do something by adjusting the export of the .fbx in the export settings... there was an actual input box for scale, and/or a checbox you had to adjust, on *every* export... Half the time I would keep forgetting... It was sssoooooo much easier just using the .blends directly in Unity. I dont know if you are exporting .fbx for use in Unity?? -

I love the Mayan theme... Means this just *has* to be used with Coatl ProbesPlus... ... even tho IIRC, Coatl is Aztec name-based- 38 replies

I do.. take your pick... https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1VIqzT-0OyUxfX4ChHKTIlJAW67ptmZvj?usp=sharing Make sure to check the licensing, and look thru all the various threads by different peeps who have released versions of this. I know at the end of one of the threads, udk_lethal_dose, posted that he changed the licensing

Yeah, @baldamundo ... the field "cameraTransformName" in a MASCamera module needs to be the exact name of an existing transform (& maybe even just *any* gameobject), that is built into the actual model (.mu) file, of the part you are adding the module to. Non-modellers/modders, can use one of these two mods to easily inspect/poke around in the models, *in game*, to get info like object/transform names:

[1.4 / 1.4.1] Kerbalow Aerospace Inflatable / Expandables Parts Pack
Stone Blue replied to bcink's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You do know, that just because a mod has not been labeled for, or specifically updated for newer KSP versions, does *not* mean the mod doesn't/wont work... Especially parts only mods... Tho I dont remember if this one has or requires specific plugins- 32 replies

[1.4.1] Glass Panes and Enclosures (GPE) v1.9.1
Stone Blue replied to 2001kraft's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
*Should* still work... its just a parts mod. Might need updated Tweascale support, since *that* mod has gone thru different hands and lots of changes since *this* mod was first made.. -
There might be a fix for that... something to do with the Unity layers... a long time ago, IIRC, this was an issue with some lights... not sure if it was ever a problem with *stock* lights or not, tho FYI @linuxgurugamer

[1.12.x] Cacteye 2 Refocused Full Release
Stone Blue replied to linuxgurugamer's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
Just curious why the two parts were deprecated? -
I cant remember if MAS has its own, built-in camera support, or not. It *may* need, but have support for, some of the sepertely downloadable camera mods. ie HullCam, KURS Docking cam, etc Not sure if there is Neptune Camera support or not..?? If I get back to KSP Soon™, I may investigate NC support
