  1. saw this post and wanted to make the same thing, but with more f104 look.. quite frustrated as of now.. whiplash is either completely nerfed or for some reason this jet i made has completely insane drag it will not past 280m/s even at 10km... and even going straight down from 60km, it just refuses at a near 90 angle it refuses to go past mach.. no idea why the drag is just utter crap, or the engine is.. it just refuses to go f-104 speeds.
  2. just a reminder the content creators testing before release only had a 1-2 day old compiled game, that got issues AFTER the fact when the content creators was playing the game..

Nice five year space station in a mun low orbit before the "parasite drag" came and took its life, here is 2 minutes before explosion.. i tried to save it with the rcs but the drag was to much no way i could have saved it reverting and everything didn't work, the amount of hours it took to get this entire thing in one piece here was in the hours on just kerbin alone due to the fps, hate to see it go like this... might just take a break.. idk at this point
  4. 100% of the userbase playing this game cannot run it as a game.. 99% of the player base doesn't have literal flagship rtx 4090's besides some cc's to play this game in a "anime animation frames per second" with very simple craft. most players hear, early access, as an access to be able to play it.. not able to save it for later so we can play it.. people will see it not working with there high end hardware, just to "see what the fuss is" and realize, oh god, this is not a game at all, and return it in less than 2 hours to get there refund. there marketing right now, is literally borderline complete false compared to the actual product, you see a game with modest graphics and see a trailer that is 30fps that seems smooth, shows actual gameplay filtered throughout the entire marketing on steam or Epic Games without UI, and seems like it will run perfectly ok.. its not, and it really shouldn't have been released like this..
  5. 5 fps to 50 fps, thats all the im asking for. on a 3070 it shouldn't be that hard. im not asking for everyone at all ranges to play im asking at least in the name of the kraken that controls the modular wings, the void ground im asking for something that works, not a slideshow.. i can screenshot faster than this game can render
  6. the largest, and i do mean the largest issue that hurts the game right now is the horrible fps i can deal with bugs etc later, but if i have sub 5 fps on a 3070.. i have no reason to continue playing the game until there is an update about it to give high end computer even a remote chance to play.. what will kill the game is how long it will take for the next update that will help with performance... like 10x uplift in performance in frames. im starting a joke and been saying it recently "if all the hardware gets the same frame rate regardless of specs, that means everyone is on the same playing field"..
  7. its not sas, the game decides to do a micro clipping/smashing the ship, and it makes it perceive its the SAS, the sas also cannot control that spin for some reason and it makes it 100's of times worse
  8. ksp 2, on the loading screen / menu screen 0.1.0.0.20892 is what it says, and it was different during the "preview cc's" and everyone has this number on the loading screen, it its safe to assume its the version it is

  10. they have a real hard time understanding the differences between a beta, and a alpha.. this game is far from being in a beta state. alpha use to mean that the game was in a state that was JUST playable enough to have a playable experience on the highest tier equipment, most features are missing day one, or months away from being even out/tested, lots of bugs, not playable for most players, typically used during testing and verifying, but there has been games that have used this time to receive feedback and work on getting beta for more information, playability, and closer "final" product. beta use to mean that the game was in a state that most player can play in a wide range of pc's with a huge range of computer types, getting wide ranges of fps from 1fps to 100's of fps, most features have been added, some bugs are there however most game breaking bugs have been fixed, besides the ones that were added during a new content update, or X update of the game... which one does ksp 2 fit in... interestingly enough its alpha, about to go in the stage of beta.. now alpha means internally its a hot mess, and beta is a hot mess but for the "Consumerstm"
  11. so far 6.7 hours of still not being able to land due to one bug or another (on the mun i should state) i think the fun one is thrust is like 1/10th its suppose to be.. or the one with docking ports, undocking INSTANTLY causes a fail jumping up the spacecraft into mach speed orbits even with you being perfectly landed.. or the one that near 40km SRB decide to just detach themselves regardless of speed.. or the parts that it decides, when or how it wants to fling your rocket if you are reverting back on a auto save, locking your thrust out, or not being able to control your vessel in the map.. docking with struts makes the struts NOT detach, also causing a soft lock, unable to remove them i just want to land my kitty rover. 6.7 hours of pure enjoyment.. i really wouldn't have much of an issue, if the fact of having at highest recorded 15 fps, with an avg of 5.5fps wasn't a issue. (my report of ksp 2 so far)

  16. i love the ui, im already completely use to it tbh, thats why i really would love a windows 11 ui makeover, the text, the style, all of it, i want to use :') i hope the font will be able to be used on other applications
  17. its absolutely funny to see discord chats talk about constantly about how 60fps is a rather new concept for gaming and 144fps is for people that are trying to be pushovers.. (intercept discord) new concept... real early 2000's, for 60fps.. huh man thats real new.. and you can just smell the fresh meat, or the unexperienced people being brainwashed from consoles 30fps being so cool, and thats all you need etc, with latest gen now doing 60fps/120fps... and every single person that understands that is its NOT a new thing, just mass reply that person, and happens every so often... love that even thinking about 60fps is to much and people think its a new concept like.
  18. i don't know one of the videos, but i knew it happened matt? i think but i think you should be able to disable it.. also, km/h for cars/planes or just being able to go km/h would be nice.. can't really understand 3.8 m/s means 13.68kmh.. even me an american uses kmh but i would really like to see an option for it
  19. i really want a windows 11 UI with ksp 2 UI stuff... would like that a little, alot.
  20. i like it really good, but i would love for it to pop up like slide up, without the background of notifications... it blocks WAY to much in some cases also, for the late reply swore ksp 1 had a nod about this "rock" or something, and like it was something you could visit or something idk
  21. if we did an example of going to the mun, from stationary to stationary, from kerbin, to the mun.. and we give it a time of around 15 real life minutes.. with a 4,993 number, how many frames a second will you be able to do in the 15 minutes, without running out of "frames" (4,993) explaining it any further will just give out the answer.
  22. So really thinking about the game the best i can explain it for anyone and anything for any players, that are on the page 200... Ksp 2 0.1.x = ksp 1 beta, lots of features are missing like heat. for example. The best way you can explain this is to watch To get a better understanding... however things like parts etc will be different, and graphics aswell, but this is a good understanding of what ksp 2 0.1.X will be like. hope this helps
