Release KSP2 Release Notes - Update v0.1.2.0
Stephensan replied to Intercept Games's topic in KSP2 Dev Updates
the wall of repairs have been announced -
my boredom is not limited to the parts just yet.. its the frame rates.
-
im just saying building SSTO or anything due to the limit of "non modular" parts has made me NEED to literally tipple in some cases the part amount just so it wont wobble instead it instantly crashes upon spawning it, or X altitude.

only really got a few important ones that no one really cares about. Will we have longer "plume trails" for rocket launches on a later date?? As of now, it seems to dissipate way to quickly and makes the "feel" of the rocket not as powerful as it seems, being able to see your plume even in a failure seeing the trail is just something that would look way better. i understand that it is a performance issue and was hoping to see it as an option, for the "graphics has to be peerless". Will we have sonic booms that are audible? the graphics seems like it will be amazing as of now, but i would love to hear it aswell. Will we have reusable parts like Space X gear, and fins? pretty simple, i love to attempt to "save all the parts" possible as for just wanting to. Will we have a semi-auto rendezvous for rockets for players to use and later date transportation of cargo? hardest issue i have is being capable of doing a rendezvous over a planet, to a space station or another object.. out of everything this is the hardest thing i can think of (for me it is) to be able to do, and this is one of the issues i have now. Automation of control. Will we be able to create multiple colonies on one planet, and will we be able build them on water, or liquid "surfaces". Will rockets sound more "girthy" the larger they become at a later date before 1.0? as of now i haven't been able to really hear a difference between a huge rocket and a tiny one, i would love the "feel the weight" with the sound, the sound is amazing don't think it isn't but it doesn't feel "large" when it is huge. i know sound design of something that litterally shakes your body in real life, to a video game can be hard to visualize, and hear, so perhaps aswell adding a shake? no idea how to give off the vibe of its a huge rocket going hard and fast upwards without effecting people with visual problems, or putting to much time into such a simple problem. Will we have more gear systems? quick example, needing gear that goes from the fuselage towards outwards of the wings at an angle.. i think a photo would make more sense. for me it hard to create certain builds when i have a "gear sets" in the middle of the wings, that does effect the range of the ssto's. -
Predicting the near and far future of KSP 2

yeah still doesn't make sense and i question it every time i see it, why not have all the resources in one patch, but separate it by two entire segments. -
Predicting the near and far future of KSP 2
Stephensan replied to Tazooka's topic in KSP2 Discussion
with how big just one update fixed some issues, i dont doubt we will have a very playable game at the end of the year, if not had 1 if not close to 2 "segments" finished or about to be released. once the major issues are out of the way, which is right now where we are at i can see that each segmeant will go way faster than what we are thinking. so im expecting Super Long Fixing Bugs Segment before any stages are coming out, and i expect it to come quickly afterwards for each segment. unless each segment completely bricks it to day 1 launch day performance. -

Release KSP2 Release Notes - Update v0.1.1.0
Stephensan replied to Intercept Games's topic in KSP2 Dev Updates
getting rather tired of the "attempt to attach a part from a port" like a jr port, and it decides to turn when snapping onto something completely different, makes it literally impossible to attach two builds into one.. and just to finally give up on a simple mechanic, the game decides to just instant crash.. -

What does the rocket symbol mean, finished? or a POI? -
the problem is period, at the complete end of the day is that we see beta on everything before release, which means its close to being a game with them needing fix some bugs, and other small related items...and then there is the part they took the definition of "early access" way to literal.. Showing us Beta on every screen shot, and before was alpha, people expect most of the time that it is in a playable state.. if you remove all the photos and videos BEFOREHAND and just cut all the info all the way until the day of release, yes its in early access... and thats pretty much it, if you followed the game for years, and saw BETA on photos, and Early Access, you will 99.99999999% will think it is in a playable state but at the end of the day, its pretty much a lie in what state it is in.. you can blame whoever and whatever, its just what happened and thats that.

hate to say this, this has fixed my f104 build even more, besides the scoop intake

take2 is there to give some money and perhaps some help how to do the game without failing completely and take as much money as possible with as little to give, its totally not like a small team getting monetary support and "wisdom" from a large corporation, and take2 is ONLY there for profits at the end of the day.. the entire team got "run them down and buy them up" when covid hit, so its no surprise that people are expecting take 2 to dispose millions of dollars on devs.... take2 is only really here for the money, and not giving actual support at the end of the day for what people are really expecting.

[snip] anyone delusional enough to not compliment what they have done in week, and will be finished is insane.. instead of doing day by day, hour by hour patches/fixes, they are waiting to do one big "chunk" at a time. I really hate ksp 2 overall, and the majority of this is what is promised, and what was given, other than that, its a game to me... does this make me a fanboy to appreciate what will come in the following weeks as a update? you underestimate a company that is still missing alot of key roles.. don't know what they are missing https://www.interceptgames.com/ as i said people really underestimate the amount of work that has been shown of this post.

is there really, hear me out, is there anything else really to see/look forward to for ksp 2 right now? wait for the update that comes whenever? or look and check every so often the most recent the updates are coming out... because there is nothing else you really can do.
