Hi all, i am playing for about 20 hours now and i solved the random crashes and occasional complete freeze of my PC while in VAB. System Specs: Win 11pro, I7 11700F (base clock 2.5Gh, going up to 4.5GH watercooled), RTX 3060 20Gb vram, 16gb work ram My observation of the performance of the game now (Steam client, patch 1.3.2) is as follows: Note that i play on a large TV set via HDMI (by 1980xwhatever) resolution. At first the game maxed out all of the graphics specs by itself, but i had severe crashes in the VAB and some while rocketing around. I had to shut down the PC by the main powerbutton or even the PSU directly. Taskmanager was impossible to open up via the windows button/taskbar. It looks like i solved this issue by tuning down the graphics to medium and the waterspecs to low. Once i encountered a freeze in the VAB but i was still able to open the taskmananger with the following message that the application (KSP2) has overused the system RAM (16Gb) and must be closed, which worked out by closing the app in taskmanager. I then lowered the shadow specs for the game to low. Game runs now fine without any major issues aside the known bugs, but not at all so many. Landing on the mun and returning without saving is bugfree and smooth, no docking issues, no crash , no freeze. Nice gaming overall, very good framerate and no graphic issues. Edit: the game uses now around 8.3 Gb of RAM according to taskmanager, 5.3 Gb free. Very nice at least. How to save your progress correctly: 1. create campaign. 2. build a vessel, name it and name the workspace (Second folder). 3 Build another vessel, name it differently and name the workspace with a different name (Second folder). Maybe exit game now. 4 load game and load the topmost autosave, usually the most recent. 5 load your first vessel from third folder. 6 load your second vessel from third folder and merge with the first vessel, rename the vessel and rename the workspace and save this new craft to the second folder. I have no issues with dissapearing craftfiles and saves, my campaign is going on smoothly with some five to six active vessels around. I hope this info might help some forumers to analyze their issues with the games stability. Hail the probe!

Dres is weird: It show`s up in mapview, has lots of `roids loitering around it and seems to occupie a drastic inclination around Kerbol. Why would i visit this place? I still don`t know. Been there once in about 4500 hours of playtime... Dres is a psychological unconvenience...: It is there. But also not that much. @SQUAD please give Dres a feature worthwhile visiting... Easteregg, probably? Or recolor it more friendly? I think the inclination is the main showstopper here...

Most likely a link to a parallel universe. Now i really wonder why i am still stuck in the Kerbal version... No Kirbals here after clicking above the link, maybe @siklidkid can solve the issue for us and he just made a mistake while pointing at the door... Try again?

Hi all, i really don`t want to plug shamelessly "THE DUNATIAN" in general discussion, but i think one or another newer member might find here a funny task while we all gently coast together towards KSP2... If you have allready played "THE DUNATIAN", leave a comment or rant... no shame about it, this is serious space adventure! I think Bob`s destiny deserves your attention if you haven`t discovered it yet! Hitting 10`000 downloads would be awesum! Thanks to all the players who tried their skills!

..."Ultimate superweapon?" hahaha... How about a local "Higgsfield disruptor". Hopefully the use of this device will end all the needs of said "Civilisation" for freedom, livingroom, biologic supremacy and ressources. May they live further well and prosper for eternity. Yeah... oh wait, isn`t that what... This "Civilisation" should rather decimate themself instead others.
