How to land a Starship automatically?
Cheesecake replied to peiskan's topic in KSP1 Mods Discussions
Should working for a Spaceship too. -
As far as I know there was only a retro adapter on Gemini B which has never flown. And note that this is an old mod that has not been supported for years, the modder has last visited this forum in 2021. So no necroposts, please.

[1.3.1] LonesomeRobots Aerospace: HOYO Lander
Cheesecake replied to silentvelcro's topic in KSP1 Mod Releases
You know that this mod is really old and the latest version was for ksp 1.3.1. -
You don`t need this for every part. You can simply use the vertical bar like here: @PART[Polaris_Structure_A|Polaris_Port_B]:NEEDS[TweakScale,Fuji] // P-GM9 Structural Section { %MODULE[TweakScale] { type = stack defaultScale = 0.625 } }

I can say that I have played more than 1000 hours with BDB and have also made extensive use of the extendable engines. I didn't even come across the error. If it was a bug in BDB or deployable engines then everyone would have the bug. At least from time to time. But as far as I know this is not the case. And if it's not IFS then it must be a different mod.

You have installed this mod wrong. There is a folder "Starship-Expansion-Project-v2.0.3.1". But it must be the folder "StarshipExpansionProject". You can find it here: Starship_Expansion_Project_-_SEP-v.2.0.3.1.zip\Starship-Expansion-Project-v2.0.3.1\SEP\GameData\StarshipExpansionProject. Also: there is a newer version of ModuleManager (v4.2.3).

No update. It has per default the white/black and as alternate the grey. You need B9 part Switch.

I think he is meaning the Luna Multiplayer for KSP. But this is the wrong place to ask because it`s the developement-section. You should look here:

I've already thought about that. But I had already searched through all the configs and found nothing. Everything is set up similarly to the Kerbalism config.
-
I have placed this at Skyhawk but now also here. So if anyone has any ideas...
-
I have a problem with Skyhawks Kerbalism-config and SSPX. The inflatable modules are already inflated in the VAB and cannot be folded together, so I have now replaced the config with the original from Kerbalism. Now it works. However, I can't move any Kerbals into the module afterwards. The modules have Kerbalism living space but no slots for Kerbals. Likewise, I cannot configure any life support systems. From this point of view, a mix of both configs would be good. But I don't know where to start. Both configs are largely identical. Can anyone help?
-
And have you installed the mod correctly? What`s your folder structure? Does it look like \GameData\StarshipExpansionProject?
-
I have now been able to reproduce the problem myself: I saved the craftfile from Soyuz-TM as a component and placed it on a Soyuz rocket. Then added a launchpad with Modular Launch Pads. After that I could only place kerbals in the launchpad. After I saved the whole thing and reloaded it, it worked.

@UnbreakifyThat must be a modconflict. For me it works.

Possibly safe. RO has already done this for other mods. So the colleagues at RO would probably be the best people to contact here as they already have experience with this. And as far as I know there are already configs for SOCK in RO. You just have to use RO. It is specially designed for RSS, i.e. 10x, to adapt parts accordingly. But you are trying to reinvent the wheel here by using RSS but not RO and then trying to adapt the shuttle for RSS. Although this is already implemented in RO. Unfortunately, I can't help you there.
