  1. So this is probably a first: This is a thread in Suggestions and Development Discussion that’s asking SQUAD not to do something. I’d prefer that (and I’ve seen several people around the forums with a similar view) SQUAD left Porkjet spaceplane parts alone. They’re the best looking parts in the stock game. With their current revamp efforts, they’ve been going in a PJ-ish direction, so I hope that they’ll keep them as they are. However, with SQUAD’s general policy of silence, we don’t have a clue what’s in 1.7 and beyond other than the Twitch re-do they teased a couple of days ago. Who knows what they’ll do, if anything.

  3. @Angel-125 Thanks for keeping this mod alive I have 2 questions: 1. Is it a good idea to add this to an existing save or not? 2. Does the mod automatically add snack recyclers and producers to non-command crew space and science labs, respectively? I'm considering making my own Snacks config for SSPxR, and I'm wondering how much I'd need to do.
  4. That sounds a lot like a codename... If this is leaked news of a new DLC, I don’t think it would have a name like ‘Serenity’. But as someone else said above, this is all speculation based on a single word. Who knows?
  5. @Geonovast I wonder, how easy would it be to add nodes like this to modded parts?
  6. Before I installed 1.17, my game pretty much never crashed. When I downloaded the update, it froze up and crashed three times, twice in the VAB and once on the main menu before I opened my save. Although I did install Easy Vessel Switch pretty recently, so maybe it’s a conflict between KIS 1.17 and EVS 1.10?

  8. Switching between several vessels used to really annoy me until I downloaded this: It allows you to switch vessels by just holding Alt (or whatever modifier key you use) and clicking on the desired craft.
  9. Yay! Looking forward to playing with the new stuff! Does this mean that the 'J' hotkey now ties into the stock helmet removal system?
  10. @Hotel26 Nice craft Just a thing though: the KerbalX page says the ‘Gryphon’ was built in 1.6.0. Is there a reason you haven’t updated to 1.6.1 yet? I don’t think it’s broken anything. Or I could be an idiot and you’re already on .1. In that case ignore me

When I can be bothered to run Chrome in the background (it reduces performance a little bit, especially when my computer's in one of its moods), I like to listen to the Space Engine soundtrack: (chilled ambient space music) or Test Shot Starfish's Music for Space: (cool-sounding electronic spacey music, used by SpaceX in their webcasts).
  13. I’ve never heard of this feature, and the KSP wiki page doesn’t mention it. Are you sure a mod’s not adding that?

  15. I agree. With 1.6 SQUAD are getting close to pre-Unity 2017 levels of stability.
  16. It's probably my favourite revamp since 1.4. Before it was teased I was beginning to plan a Mun base and I was like 'oh no, how am I going to create useful rovers without a ton of mods?'. Then this came along! of course, I haven't even been able to build that base yet because procrastination But I will get to it eventually
  17. I'm so excited! I hope this won't break stuff though - I have a space station in LKO with the large 2.5m container on it and I wouldn't want that to be deleted or anything
