This was A) not always the case and B) of dubious seal capability. Since we already have a side-folded NERVA, this would be a nice addition (Also, this is the first time I hear about side-folding bell on Agena. Can you share any pics or docs?) 28 minutes ago, Pappystein said: Incidentally somewhere in my agena Documentation, I have a 150:1 and a 200:1 bell drawing for the 8096 as well! IIRC the BDB one is 100:1? For my "sketches", I assumed BDB 8096B (B9 switch) is 100:1, and 8096C (L?) (separate part) is 150:1. I am most likely wrong. Agena Evo "sketch" (made from BDB Titan GCU and Restock tanks) with BDB 8096B: Agena Evo, with 8096C: Agena Evo, with "folding" 8096: For comparison - Agena Evo with foldig NERVA:
DeadJohn
My $0.02 for larger diameter Agena: Agena with a 1.5m tank is fantastic. I sometimes kitbash it for a transfer stage or probe bus. 1.5m leaves room for radial accessories like solar panels, RCS thrusters, science experiments while fitting inside a 1.875m fairing. It's a good payload atop Atlas and Titan lifters. (Similiar performance to Agena SOT drop tanks but leaves less debris in orbit.) 1.875m Agena is great, too, but IMO less flexible than 1.5m if using Atlas and Titan. 1.875m Agena inside a 2.5m Atlas V lower stage would be interesting. I think 1.875m Agena is better because it would allow us to fulfill real concepts like Agena 2000

BlackDinoShadows
@Zorg Is it possible to make the F1 black exhaust bigger than it already is?

Maybe. but I dont have the motivation to keep messing with it, the alpha cutoff shader used for opaque effects is tricky to work with and the latest update to the effects are borrowed from plumes made by Katniss which I thought were a notable improvement on our older effects. If someone wants to have a go themselves I'm happy to look at the results and integrate them if they look appropriate.

Pudgemountain
I finally did a Manned Mission to Titan and returned. LC-39B: Rocket SLS with payload consisting of Titan Lander named Odo. I love these new Flame effects. Since Odo is too big to be carried by Mila, it had to go to Saturn on it's own. Next images will be in Spoiler to prevent using too much space, First up the launch and docking of the crew. Spoiler LC19: Rocket Titan IV with a payload of a Fuji Spacecraft nicknamed Mosquito and 3 Kerbals. Laming Kerman, Danfield Kerman, and Jebediah Kerman. Funny it looks like the right SRB did not ignite but it did ignite. The Fuji's LES successfully detatched with an Apollo LM docking port attached to it. And preparing to dock with Mila. Next up the Photos of the Mission. Spoiler Laming Kerman getting ready to enter Odo (Picture taken by Danfield.) Mila's Gemini Docking Cam caught this beautiful picture of Odo with the Sun and Saturn in view. After losing communications upon reentry we got contact from the crew saying they are safe and they can see one of Titan's lakes. Danfield stepping out ready to be the first Kerbal on Titan. Um Laming.....you think it's wise to swim in Liquid Methane? Normally I would pose infront of the ship or rover but since I decided to trek both Kerbals on a 30 minute walk to a lake I decided to put the flag and pose infront of the lake. Off we go. The Mission overall took a really long time to make and do, which is why I did not make a rover but it was fun. Though I am not sure if doing this is pushing beyond BDB's main purpose especially most of my kitbashes uses both BDB and non BDB parts that make it too Scifi than most people's kitbashes here. Oh I always saw the Saturn parts as specifically letting the player build extreme enough builds that they could transfer to using them as LVs for payloads made with Near Future and stuff like that. There isn't a lot of very endgame payloads in BDB itself but the late game LVs are still relevant IMO.

Xtra
Well I got my GATV up but when I attempted to dock the Mercury capsule I must have the wrong one because I could not capture.... all that hard work getting them both up there and I couldn't complete the mission. I'll try again later... right now I'm changing all the TREK and Space 1999 Tech Required to the highest levels... Love that I can play with it at level one... but I don't think Jeb is ready for a Warp Nacelle just yet.

It's easy to grab the wrong one. Make sure to read the title and look at the tip.

That might be your issue? @Friznit With your Unofficial BlueDog Manual, you just became my HERO!!!! OMG I love it! I was just about to send up a flare for Help!!!.... I was attempting to piece together the LEO modules and after the Heat shield & Decoupler... my parts are not matching up!! I have several Retro Modules as you can see here. I was trying to use the LEO "Michel" Retro module with the 6 engine mounts and then connect the service module but none of them fit. If you look at the two on the right you'll see they don't mate up properly. The only one I'm thinking I'll have to use is the Meduci R and E modules to get the separation I was looking to achieve. That manual is such a big help. @CobaltWolf Your work is outstanding "THANK YOU"
