Also make sure that you render quality is Good or above

 

How many more kerbs need this explained to them?

They already are 'returnable'. The fairing halves are separate, non-procedural parts. Use @NESD's Surface Attachable Control mod to add a probe core inside, add a parachute, done.

AFAIK none yet, since we don't actually have any good diagrams of it, but you can approximate one with 

It also has the Shuttle and Crew Dragon Fixed Service Structure, Shuttle/Saturn MLP, Soyuz launch pad, and generic launch bases and towers.

Flags aren't the problem. In fact, like @Spaceman.Spiff said, it isn't a problem at all. That's just the natural way that Starship behaves in the game. If your problem is that during re-entry, you try to keep going down, put since you're pitched up a little, you AP will come down to you, and then start going up? If it is, just do what the Space Shuttle would do. Try turning Starship by rolling and yawing to where you would like. This can kind of mess with your inclination, but you can turn the other way if you have to. Then if you want to kill your horizontal velocity entirely, just pitch up as much as you can, so the belly kills your speed, reducing the chance of you ascending again. Just don't do this when your going super fast in the thicker parts of the atmosphere, because it will cause some pretty big G's on your ship and Kerbals. ;)

yep, yep, and yep. I my engines are making plumes an heat up other objects but no fuel is being used and no thrust is being created.

If you want to reach orbit in RSS, you should probably get realism overhaul, because it balances all of the stock parts to their real sizes, masses, etc. If you want to reach orbit in RSS with this mod, downgrade to KSP 1.6.1, install realism overhaul for that version (CKAN would be helpful), and get this mod and it's RO configs.

yeah same, it wouldn't even be that hard to implement, just hte cargo variant without the door and a solid part.
